my situation is not the best, but Taurus, my knoweagable salesman, made the process a lot easier. He kept me positive and worked very hard to make comfy... and less stressed. I really enjoyed that experience. will make this my 1st choice when I am in the need of another vehicle. Thanks so much Mr. White.
LIED TO ME RIGHT IN MY FACE. I would not trust this place or the people at all! He told me that he was NOT going to run my credit because I told him I... needed to sleep on a decision about cosigning for my boyfriend or not. He ran it anyways the second I left the dealership. a HARD INQUIRY on my credit. HE TOLD ME TO MY FACE HE WOULD NOT RUN MY CREDIT UNLESS I GAVE HIM AUTHORIZATION, WHICH I DID NOT. There's not a chance in xxxx I would trust these people with my information again.. and we are not stepping foot back in this dealership nor would I encourage anyone else to trust them.. All credibility is lost!!
I bought a 2017 Chevy Camaro when I got home I noticed that my door had no screws on one side and it was hit previously. I called multiple times and I... never really get a clear answer about how to handle my situation.
They lie to get you in there then run your credit so much that when you go some and they can’t help you I would never tell nobody to go here
First they were good and then later I discover they sold me a bad car - lemon and six months in I discover they sold me a car with bald tires. But beforehand,... the National Highway and Safety Administration (Federal Government) says if I can afford to, not to drive the vehicle because they are concerned that it will cause an accident, in which Auto Giants will be at fault. The person(s) who worked with me in purchasing this car was Robert Troup - Sales Adjuster (cost of vehicle) and Ryann Nickens - Sales Consultant. They both knew what they were doing. I got this car from them On December 11 OR 12th, 2018 - it was one of those days during the week. To begin, one of them was trying to hit on my friend the whole time I was there and that irritated me but I did not say anything because my friend and I just wanted to get out of there. Aside from this, I would not discover until two days later, when I actually drove the car off my driveway, that they sold me a filthy car inside and out, no gas in the car and to make matters worse, that Saturday when I had the car in front of the house, I started it and it shut right off. I didn't freak out because I thought it was something that I did and it is my very first car. I turned the car on again and all was well, except the Mileage Odometer kept resetting itself and at first I thought this may have been normal, until I realized in February 2019 that something was seriously wrong when it shut off while I was driving, except the engine was still going. This could have gone another way had the engine went with it. I was on the BW Parkway and that is a terrible thought to have. I was 36 at the time and I am now 37 so this lesson has carried over into the new year. Additionally, this car has no suspension and there is no alignment front or back. If the wind blows this car goes right with it and I almost lost control of this car 4 times while on the BW Parkway. In April 2019 I discovered that they oversold me on this car. They charged me more for this car than what it is actually worth. Come down the line later this year would come another issue. It is now June and I am now discovering that they sold me a car with Bald Tires. The front right tire is trying to go flat. But Nissan says there is no way that I should have bald tires and brakes near going out only six months into owning this car. I have Black 2015 Nissan Sentra SR Fully Loaded. I now have to get a used tire to last until I get rid of this vehicle at the end of the year. What bothers me even more is that on June 14, 2019 at 9am hour, I called the Temple Hills Location back and I spoke to Joe who did not give his last name. His comments were a disgraceful insult to any honest car sales consultant in the USA. He literally told me on the phone directly, that basically I have had the car for six months, if it passed state inspection then that is good enough for them. Once it's off the lot, that's my problem. He also said I can transfer you to the Service Center and they can go over your inspection with you. I told him, that doesn't matter, what can you do about this tire, and his reply was that is normal wear and tear to us and that's your problem. My reply to him is that it is normal for you to sell people bad cars with bald tires and brakes near being out? You're kidding me right!? He was silent and that he could transfer me to the service center to discuss the inspection. I don't care about the inspection, but I do care about what the actual reality is regarding the lemon you sold me. To top it off, the snarky question that Joe asked on the phone. When I rattled off my entire experience to him, he asked me "so the Federal Government cares about your dirty car?" First and foremost, you have no manners because you cut me off, then you make a smart comment. On top of that, you didn't help me at all. Basically you told me its my problem and then hung up. PLEASE BUY YOUR VEHICLES SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I recently bought an Honda @ auto giant temple hills. i had a very good experience with the help of salesman, Demetrius. He did a very good job, @ ... assisting me with purchasing my new vehicle. thank you again!
I’m a 30 year old gentleman from DC. I wasn’t driving, so I was looking to buy a used car. I live in Greenbelt MD, so I was about 12 miles from them. But... one of the customer services representatives said they could assist me. So I had some faith and took the train 13 miles to their location. I literally only had $22 in my bank account. I had to prove that I had a sustainable source of income for the past 3 months with bank statements to prove it. Although I wasn’t working, I was able to furnish the bank statements to prove that I was employed prior to coming in. (I was about to start working again). Then of course I had to bring my driver’s license. Then they had to take down my social security number so that they could run my credit. Then of course I had to provide proof of where I live, so I had my most recent Pepco bill handy and they took a copy of that. After everything was settled, I was approved to drive. The only problem was that I had to put down $274, but remember I only had $22 in my bank account. So I promised the salesman I would pay the remaining $250 and he believed and allowed me to pay $22 to drive off the lot with a new used car!! I let was a dream come true. I am so grateful for those people because they helped me and I was able to start driving for Lyft again the same day!! So for those of you reading this review and wondering how much money you need to get a car and drive off the lot the same day, just have $300 handy or ask to borrow it from someone. They might trust you and allow you to pay $20 or $50 or $100 as long as you can pay the remainder the NEXT DAY. Remember they’re doing the absolute best they can to help you, so don’t lie and steal the car or something. Have your money ready along with your drivers license, a prior month utility bill, and some bank statements or pay stubs and you should be able to drive off the lot with your car within about 3 hours.
Len Baker is the BEST! Very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make my purchase a dream come true. Ask for Len Baker when you... get there.
