The dealer found an issue during a standard service that

The dealer found an issue during a standard service that they didn’t have time to fix. So we made an appointment to have it fixed later. When that appointment time came, I dropped the car off a day early using the after hours drop box. Four days later I hadn’t heard any response. I called and they said they were so backed up that it wouldn’t be done until next week. So not only was the appointment meaningless, but also there was no communication at all.

My car has been there for a month now.

My car has been there for a month now. And they said it’s waiting on a part. I need my car. It’s the same problem over and over again. The amp going out. Another issue is the front end alignment I have gotten several alignments, but they keep saying I don’t need one. But my tires are worn on the inside. Something is just not adding up. Another guy said he wouldn’t even try to align it because my front end was pushed back, but Maserati says nothing is wrong. I buy tires every two to three months. Something is not right!
