I went through Costco Auto Program and I did not see the dealers invoice or Costco price list they were supposed to show me and as a result I believe I... was overcharged. Getting a brand new vehicle with mismatched tires? Someone put on two that were more used and a different brand than the other two. Nissan Headquarters said their new cars come with matching new tires.

The worst experience ever. They said my car depreciated 10k in 4 months... really? What a shame to put yours down but would not budget on their own at... all.

Drove several hours to look at a car, got there, and they had tacked on a $795 "Accessory Charge" that apparently was for their comprehensive inspection...... no, that's not what that is. That is inflating the price above what was advertised. When confronted they refused to take it off. That is a classic bait and switch. The price on the window/website is what it is, with of course the tax/tag/title fees. On their website it even says " *All prices plus license, title, tax and $175.94 doc fee." Understood, that is normal. Nothing about tacking on almost another $800 for a fee that is part of every dealers presale prep. That is why you pay dealer price vs. private owner price. They do all the work getting it ready for sale... which they didn't even do that good of a job with. Interior detail was ok, but exterior wasn't even polished, they ran it through an automatic car wash it looked like. They may have waxed it, but didn't polish it at all. Paperwork took over 2 hours to complete. I have bought houses in less time. Finance department was nice enough once I got there, they may just be understaffed. I did buy the car, but it was NOT a pleasant experience. I would not have driven there for the price it sold for.

The Nissan dealer Jose Cadena didn’t haggle on prices to much, he worked with me in the best of his ability. Eli Reznik the manager, gave me a great deal!... I’m very happy with Eli and Jose for great costumer services and priority to work with the costumer and have them satisfied. I bought true Costco.com and I got an awesome discount. I’m very pleased with both services.

ALEX took a deposit for a car that was then sold before I could arrive to test drive/buy. Horrible dealership and would Never recommend to anyone to deal... with-ever.
