The service guy Rich Pittman is a depthless, liar of a consultant that wants to make money under the guise of helping the customer. He never gave me the correct itemization of all the work done on my car, he took forever to communicate the costs to my insurance adjuster, and he lied about what it would all cost me out of pocket. Every time I asked him how much this would cost, he would always reply that my insurance would cover it when in fact they don’t. I’ve just paid off my car and now I can’t get it back, which was his intention from the beginning. He never once was honest about how much I would have to pay so that when the time came, he would get to keep my car and resell it. Bill Sumner was of no help either; when I was only approved for 690 from sunbit, he kept suggesting it as a solution when it wouldn’t cover the full cost, and he stated that couldn’t understand what my problem is. It’s a shame that I worked with narcopaths; someone with more braincells wouldn't have been interested in stealing my car. All I received here was a run around for two months where no one knows what they’re doing at Nissan, and a bill that I was misled about. All this to also say that several years back, I was at this same Nissan for an oil change. Rich pulled me aside and asked me how to talk to someone my exact situation happened to, just so he could prey on me down the line. He's claimed to have worked at this establishment for 20 years, so he is familiar with how the cars' problems trend. He repeatedly lied about the amount I would owe, to prevent me from getting back my car, and he did that because he’s racist. This unnecessary hardship is racist. It will cost me +250 to uber back and forth to work, every week. He never gave me a quote, and he’s more interested in running his mouth than doing his job correctly or ethically. I think what he did is illegal.
Went to see and test drive a red 2018 q60 red sport 400 listed a little over market value which was ok, #1 sales manager had been driving it home, it smelled and there was a big chunk of hardened glue in the cup holder, the drivers white leather seat bottom was dirty like from grease, 2nd, even though it says clean history, looking close at the paint I could see repainted areas esp the hood being off if you look close and red over spray underneath, worse part a front clip had staples, like wow, buyers beware

I brought my car in for an oil change with a pre-arranged appointment. Two hours and twenty minutes later no word from the service person. No apologies, but he did try to talk me into almost $600 in new services and to be done that day. I wont be back and I'll try to convince my family and friends to avoid this place. Zero consideration for the customer.

I told the service advisor (name: Kozak) that the problem with my car was the shock absorber. I asked that he first check if it is under warranty before doing anything. He made me sign a form. I waited 5hrs so i thought he was already fixing the shock absorber and that it’s under warranty. I was surprised when he came back to tell me that the problem was the shock absorber, and it is not under warranty and i have to pay the diagnostic fee! I told him from the start that that was the problem and foe him to check if it is under warranty. I asked to speak with the manager who said that i have to pay or they will not release my car. THIS WAS CLEARLY A HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Beware and don’t let them nickel & dime you!

Be careful don’t take your car there!!! I’m not happy with the service department at all they will do anything to get extra money out of your pocket the mechanic took my car for test drive to get tested he stepped like crazy on gas he did some damage to my engine and he left his dirt inside my car and Charlie guild would do anything just to charge you extra so if you are stupid go there and let them rip you off and I’m filling complain to state of Illinois regarding the ripoff and dishonest word and job I took a picture of what they did inside my car and have a report in my hand about what happened to my car engine due to step on gas like a crazy and I’m very sure the management know all this xxxx but they are after your money before anything else so be smart and save your money and go to any place
