I had an awesome agent who was able to get me a vehicle. I highly recommend Lukasz Klamerus and Star Nissan . Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Please go get you a vehicle I definitely won’t regret.

DO NOT

They are still charging made up fees. Do not waste your time. Used cars with all king of accesorie fees, msrp on used cars and nothing but charges on top of charges.

Brought my car in for an oil change, low tire pressure,

Brought my car in for an oil change, low tire pressure, and a few other things. They found a nail in the front left tire and asked if I wanted it fixed. It was late Saturday afternoon so I had no choice. They said it would cost $100 to repair. I said that's extortion and asked if they could provide a discount seeing that I bought my car from them just two years earlier. They knocked off $30. When time came to pay the bill, I saw they had added "Additional fees" for COVIDFEE $2.08, DOCFEE $1.63, EPA $1.87, SS $22.88, and ROF $6.35 for a grand total of $34.81. I asked the salesperson to explain the charges but she couldn't or wouldn't and just handed me a long document to read. I paid the total charge and promised to never go back. I hope they cherish their $34 because they lost me as a customer.

please inform customer with charges up front! and that what i asked for before service ? very rude young man ( need to be trained how to talk to customers) the funny part i bought the car from this location too the worst customer service experience .

Buyers beware

Went to see and test drive a red 2018 q60 red sport 400 listed a little over market value which was ok, #1 sales manager had been driving it home, it smelled and there was a big chunk of hardened glue in the cup holder, the drivers white leather seat bottom was dirty like from grease, 2nd, even though it says clean history, looking close at the paint I could see repainted areas esp the hood being off if you look close and red over spray underneath, worse part a front clip had staples, like wow, buyers beware

I brought my car in for an oil change with a pre-arranged appointment. Two hours and twenty minutes later no word from the service person. No apologies, but he did try to talk me into almost $600 in new services and to be done that day. I wont be back and I'll try to convince my family and friends to avoid this place. Zero consideration for the customer.
