Sue and Ken has been doing a lot of business for last 20 years. The first person we met was Joe who sold us our cars. Then we met with Jim who explain to us the car service. Now we deal with Mark at the service department. No problem is ever too tough for Mark. We have Bud that does all work on the car and various suggestions about our car. Bud is a great person
Didn’t seem interested in selling me a used car! Sat in show room for over three hours for nothing! Kept asking for more money down. Found similar car at another dealership same price and bought it with nothing down and a better rate and lower monthly payment??? I feel like they just wanted to pocket more profit!

Benson worked with me to get the deal done. I had a few concerns on the vehicle I was looking at and they meet them all except for one, and the one they didn’t, I understand why they elected not to. Jeff Kearney was the associate I worked with and I give him kudos as I bothered him daily for a week until the deal was completed, and a bit after…. He never got irritated with me and was very patient.

Thanks everyone in service. On a recent trip my mkc would not start. Had roadside service to jump it and drove to Benson without an appointment. My vehicle was brought into the shop, the problem was diagnosed and action was taken to get me back on the road .
Excellent service as usual. Matt was very accommodating when I showed up without an appointment.
I have bought 9 or 10 cars from Benson Lincoln and the #1 reason is Walt Bronder. The #2 reason is the service department is second to none. Mark Slekar takes excellent care of me.
