I purchased a Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Price Honda in August 2019. The Honda is the best part of my buying experience. I will never purchase... another car from this dealership. It took me two months to get a refund on a Service Warranty that was sold to me under best circumstances as misrepresenting the product and at worst downright LYING. I have been trying to talk to the General Manager for weeks but at least this time I was patched thru to his secretary’s voicemail today. Watch out for the shady practices at this dealership. No apology from management no phone call from anyone inquiring about my experience...Once I finally talk with someone in management I’ll update this post with all the details but be very careful when you deal with this dealership. Keep meticulous notes of all ur problems, so you can report everything directly to Honda. That’s what I’m doing!

We had set up an appointment to buy a new CRV...Had the car all picked out and price negotiated over the phone. Went in to actually see the car after driving... an hour to get to Dover...the entire staff ignored us for quite some time....there wasn’t a lot of activity going on. Finally Barry came over to us and rudely asked if we had appointment. He said he’d try to find someone, disappeared and we left. Needless to say they lost a sale and any future sales from us our friends and other family. We are and always have been a honda family and this operation is horrifying. Shame on you honda for allowing this.
I bought a 2016 Town and Country on June 1st from Price Honda, which I love. It was later in the evening when we purchased our car that I noticed some... of my paper work got messed up when I got home and we live 46 miles away from the dealership... They were closed and so I sent them a message letting them know I had a problem with the papers I signed. Josh from finance got back to me right away on Sunday and took down all my concerns then helped me with the little things right away. Monday I called and my sales man Dwayne was not working but the finance director Jim, helped solve my problems. He was amazing!!! I told him what was wrong and right away he fixed it for me. He was kind, polite, and honest. I would buy a car again from Price Honda because of the way Jim, treated us and helped fix our problems. Thank you for your excellent customer service to us Jim. You are the best!!!
This is in regards to the used car office. This is not at all about a vehicle. It's about customer service, which is very lacking. When you have customers... sitting around for hours, how about offering them a beverage? Simple things mean a lot. My significant other falling asleep at the desk and no offer of a cup of coffee? Really? That alone just so you know, is a deal breaker. Get it together and get good personel. I got the impression that's where you send the car salesmen that you want to fire.
Classic bait and switch...I was recently in the market for a Toyota Tacoma Limited and had sent an inquiry to Price Honda through their website. I received... a reply from one of their sales associates letting me know the vehicle was available and the price. I replied saying I was interested in moving forward at the quoted price and asked what steps I needed to take to hold the vehicle. When I did not get a reply, I called the office and was told that the price I had been quoted was for a different Tacoma that had "sold yesterday". When I asked to see the details of that vehicle I was told that they could not provide any details of a sold vehicle and that the vehicle I wanted was now magically going to be ~$6K more than what was quoted. Despite speaking to a sales manager and requesting that they meet somewhere in the middle the response I got was the price was curt and unapologetic. As you might imagine I was pretty disappointed that there was little understanding for what had occurred as I had let other vehicles go thinking this one would be a fit. It was not as if I had made multiple inquiries about different vehicles - it was one inquiry about one specific vehicle. Again, no willingness to arrive somewhere in the middle or take responsibility for the frustration created. This was my first interaction with Price Honda and it will be my last. My advice is skip this dealership and work with one that honors what price they put in writing so you don't go through the same headache.
I went into Price Honda for an oil change. I was waited immediately and the service to my car was completed quickly. I have been a patron of this dealership... since 2004. I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service.
Justin Silva at Price Honda was awesome...friendly...very easy and comfortable through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle... I recommend him to... anyone that is ready to find a new vehicle.
I purchased a Masada CX-9 from Raphael at Price Honda in Dover. I was impressed with his sales demeanor and found him to be a like able person. He even... helped me pair my phone before driving off the lot. I was sadly disappointed when we were pairing my phone, my audio malfunctioned. I turned off the car and restarted it and it seemed to resolve. Unfortunately this was not the only instance. The audio malfunctioning continued and the screen intermittently reset itself the whole way home. When arriving home I emailed and called Raphael to inform him of the continued issues with the audio. He assured me when I bring it in we could get it taken care of no problem. Unfortunately, that did not wind up being the case. I had to drive all the way up to Dover twice for the audio as well as engine lights. They informed me to remove the aftermarket remote start would fix the audio malfunction. They removed the remote start and it still was causing errors as well as full blackouts including the reverse camera. When it was returned to be serviced for dying in the middle of the road and brakes malfunctioning they informed us that they would not fix the audio on them since it doesn’t interfere with the driving. I was very disappointed with them for not keeping their word and that my vehicle had to been driven over an hour back to be serviced several times all in under 90 days of ownership, including a $1,498 brake master cylinder and booster, that I had to pay for. The service department was great, I’m just very disappointed with how sales handled this. If you purchase with them I would make sure you get everything in writing that they promise.
Buy and service cars since 1985. All good till now. Checked oil, Nothing on dip stick. added 2 quarts. No indication on panel. Had serviced 6/18/18... at Price. At Price yesterday for repairs. Tech found drain plug loose!!!
