I MADE A NEGATIVE POST YESTERDAY REGARDING GORDON CHEVROLET IN GARDEN CITY, MI. I ADMIT IT WAS MADE IN ANGER AND FRUSTRATION. WE WERE BEING DENIED WARRANTY WORK ON OUR VEHICLE. IT WAS A MAJOR REPAIR. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT EVENING AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HE LISTENED TO ME WITH UNDERSTANDING REGARDING OUR SITUATION. I THANKED HIM FOR THE RETURN CALL. I REALIZE NOW THAT MY FRUSTRATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIRECTED AT THE GENTLEMAN AT THE SERVICE GARAGE THAT MADE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I GETTING THE WARRANTY HONORED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT SERVICE GARAGE. I RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THAT SAME MANAGER LATER IN THE DAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HONOR MY WARRANTY AND REPAIR THE CAR. HOW MANY CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE EVER DONE THAT? MY FAITH IN GORDON CHEVROLET HAS BEEN RESTORED. I CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. WHAT SEEMED TO BE A HOPELESS SITUATION TURNED INTO A VERY POSITIVE INTERACTION. THANK YOU GORDON CHEVROLET.

I dropped my car off 5 days ago and picked it up today. Everyone was very professional, and my car looks great. I’m glad I took my car to Gordon Chevrolet.

Josh was an amazing help to determine a fluid leak in my 2026 Equinox. He was prompt and was able to confirm it was a loose part from an oil change that was done elsewhere, and at no charge. He has gained my business as a customer for all of my service needs for the life of my vehicle. Thank you for your kindness and attention!
