Kyle Hunt and Bill Kujansuu are five star and Gordon Chevrolet is fortunate to have them! I'll start out by saying doing your online research is always a good idea but it sure is refreshing when you come across ethical salesmen. They didn't deliver a sales pitch or attempt to tack on a plethora of extras. Kyle and Bill focused on building trust and relayed extensive product knowledge that helped me understand inside industry information. It was a "W" in your column and mine. I'm very happy with my vehicle purchase and I absolutely will recommend Kyle and Bill to my family and friends.

This was my first time with Chevrolet.

This was my first time with Chevrolet. Mona gave me so many options and so patient and got my the model that I wanted . The whole process was very smooth and efficient.

Greg has been the family sales person for 33 yrs starting with my in laws and ourselves,my children , my brother in law ,his children and friends. Came in October 13,2025 for my new trax, which the Engine

Came in October 13,2025 for my new trax, which the Engine light came on so bought it in and they needed to order the part and I had spoken to him the same day, which they ordered the part but never heard from them to bring the car back in for the fuel filler neck to be put on, my car will not start without the engine light on and it is getting cold outside I would like to start my car from inside the house, not to go outside and start it. Still haven't heard from them about my part.

I purchased my 2026 Equinox RS AWD on 7/24/25 and on

I purchased my 2026 Equinox RS AWD on 7/24/25 and on 7/31/25 it had a ?reduce acceleration, drive with care? warning on the dashboard. On 8/1/25 made an appointment with John B. and he was able to expedite the service, since it was a brand new vehicle. Turned out to be the oxygen sensor, which was replaced under warranty. I still felt like it wasn?t accelerating well, so I took it back in on 8/13/25 and John B. helped me again. Nothing was able to be duplicated and no bulletins are out, so I?ll just have to wait it out. Luckily I am still under warranty, but it?s just unfortunate when this is a brand new vehicle. I also spoke to Mike, the general manager and he has been very helpful with figuring this all out. He also had me bring it back in on 9/3/25 for service with Tony. I was told there?s a bulletin for low acceleration, but GM hasn?t put out any codes or repairs yet. They also put in a TAC report. So we?ll see what happens next.
