The base 134-horsepower, turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine pairs with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder rated at 189 or 228 hp paired with either the dual-clutch transmission or an eight-speed automatic is available. Competitors include the Volkswagen Golf GTI and Hyundai Veloster.
