This is my third Acura in a row. I’ll never buy another make again. They’re incredibly reliable and almost maintenance free for the first three years.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

I purchase new/used car from Richard D at Woodbury Nissan.... it was an excellent experience....BUT I Am writing about what happened AFTER my purchase. We traded in a car with our purchase and I thought I got everything out UNTIL I received a envelope in the mail from Woodbury Nissan with my ROSE GOLD, CHOCOLATE DIAMOND AND RUBY NECKLACE.....yes!!!! I can”t believe it myself! I left it in the car and didn’t know it. They could have simply brought it to a pawn shop or to their loved one..... but their HONESTY brought it back to me! This is a very luxurious car for the money wish it had more horsepower but gets very hood gas mileage interior is very nice exterior styling is very nice

I was looking for a small, reliable, sporty sedan with a manual transmission. Civic SI was the obvious choice, but it's way too over-styled with a huge spoiler. The Acura ILX 2.4 Premium was just the soltuion. Same reliable 2.4L engine as the Civic SI, but more normal styling in a luxury package. It's a blast to drive. I'm often just looking for excuses to drive it.

I needed a new work truck ASAP. On a recommendation from a friend who had bought from them, I had a look at the Auto Lenders web site. I found a truck at the price range I could swing and reserved it. In a short period of time I was contacted by Auto Lenders. This was a Saturday and I was told the truck I was looking at was up in Lakewood but they could have it in EHT Monday afternoon and I set an appointment. The truck was there. I was allowed a lengthy test drive and personal inspection. My salesperson was W. Scott Vogel. He was very clear about the transaction and helpful in understanding the process. He also handled my trade-in. I was a late appointment in the day and he was there throughout. As for the dealership itself everyone was courteous and professional. The finance officer also named Scott was helpful as well. Unlike some of their local competitors the lot here is full. And it’s busy. They were doing a brisk business while I was there. They do have a fairly large service area and I haven’t gotten there yet, but I’ll be sure to forward any positive experience I have there. For me, so far, they’ve done everything they said they would and I’m very happy with my 2015 Ram.

It’s like a Honda Civic but on speed. Fun to drive. Zip zip! Price was good. Very good gas mileage on the highway. Highly recommended!

I had Terri Garcia as my customer service advisor and she was amazing. Even when I was unavailable to talk on the phone she would keep me updated through text or email. Even the delivery driver Jake and Rob in the service department were amazing. There was a small mishap of a chip in the windshield that happened during the delivery before I even finished the walk around they were already scheduling an appointment to repair the chip. Everything went very smoothly and the car turned out amazing.

This car needs more legroom in the back and more USB ports. The 8-speed dual-clutch transmission is awsome in sport mode but very sluggish in Drive.

Great exterior high tech look, gets admirable looks from people walking by, lots of safety features incl side and rear car approaching warning, lane drift correction. Good high tech interior incl both touch screen and manual control. Ride quality not smooth, can feel road more than should for expectation for a Acura. My almost 20 year old TSX still rides better.

I had been looking for a very specific car and actually thought I found it at another dealership. I used the Cars.com site last night and was surprised to find the color and options I really wanted. I made the ride over the Burlington Bristol Bridge tonight, just to take a look. Rich greeted my son and I as we got ready to enter the dealership. He got the job done and we were in and out in about 2 hours. I got pretty close to the deal I was hoping for in speaking with him about the car before doing a deal and then when the final numbers came back we were right on the money.
