Advantage Acura of NapervilleReviews
Advantage Acura of Naperville review
This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!

Broke the visor on my 2019 RDX while traveling from Pa to Virginia. This dealership ordered new visor, installed it and washed and swept the inside of my vehicle! Awesome, friendly service. A big thank you to everyone at this dealership. They took customer service to whole new level!! If I don’t like in Pa I would buy my next Acura from them!!

I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

The only concern I had with the service department is in the past, premature and what I consider unnecessary repairs were recommended to my wife, earlier than the Acura factory recommendations. She always has me interact with the service team out of concern for this. Beyond that, a good service department

Apple Tree Acura review
After not purchasing a car for several years, I had a wonderful experience with Apple Tree Acura. The salesman, Edward Burt, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. He was extremely nice, very professional and courteous and did not make me feel rushed or dumb for the numerous questions I asked. From the time I walked into the dealership, he welcomed me warmly and was very interested to hear about what I had in mind and could afford. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have already recommended him to two family members who are looking to buy new vehicles.

I had a great experience at Apple Tree Acura. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted so I came back to test drive a car several times. Tyler in Sales was great - no pressure with the right amount of follow up. Duane, the Sales Manager was very accommodating and we were able to work a deal that was right for us. I'm very happy with my purchase along with the friendliness and service that I received. Also, a quick shout out to the service department where they service our older Acura with the same customer service as if it was brand new.

Southern Acura Newport News review
On Friday, 10JULY2020, I went into Hall Acura because I wanted to trade my 2016 Dodge Charger and wanted to explore some options. I worked with Katt Kirk, who immediately took interest in what I wanted instead of what she wanted to sell me. Within 2 hours and 3 options later, she had me hooked on a 2017 Acura MDX. The next day, I returned and opened the door to get some numbers going. Both Katt and the Hall Acura staff were incredibly generous with my trade-in value and Katt went out of her way to make certain that I wasn’t going to bury myself. She truly looked after my best interest and worked her knowledge and professionalism to ensure (even with no additional money down) that i got the best deal. Without a shadow of a doubt the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I owe my thanks and full gratitude to the wonderful Katt Kirk and the awesome management of Hall Acura!!!

The service personnel were outstanding. They listen to why I was bringing my car in. They were very professional and well-versed on the process. They?ve reviewed everything and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of by asking if I wanted to go ahead and get my oil changed saving a trip from Norman to Edmond by doing it while I?m there. They are the best dealership I swear I have ever worked with. I trust them and I feel they have my back to ensure I don?t have any problems.

Key Acura of Atlantic CityReviews
Key Acura of Atlantic City review
From my first phone call to Boardwalk Acura, I spoke to Maria in sales, I knew she was going to make me feel comfortable and get me the car I was looking for. To close the deal I met with Brian in finance, he walked me through all my options and got me in the Acura of my dreams. One happy lady here, I love the car!

If you are looking for a car, I highly suggest you try Select Auto! They are extremely transparent and will tell you bottom line up front. No haggle pricing and the quality of the cars are truly unmatched. The process could not have been any easier. I was literally in and out in under an hour. Paul and Waqas were both wonderful and highly professional. I am super pleased and beyond happy!
