This is my second time getting a car through Pohanka and Yong Kim really made sure I got a top notch deal on a higher trim that what I anticipated. He is very knowledgeable as a senior level representative, sincere when helping his clients and is now my go-to salesman. He made my second experience even better than the first. He also made sure I got a great deal on their maintenance package with Flip, who is also super friendly and made my experience enjoyable. Pohanka provides absolutely outstanding customer service and I can confidently say no other dealer would beat them in the area.
Two weeks ago I¿ went to buy a car and I¿ met a nice gentleman and saw 2 cars I¿ was interested and went road test both of them. Choose one I¿ like and made a deal that day with my trade in which I¿ thought I¿ I¿ got fair deal and bought my self a dream car A Maserati. They prepared it for me without any hassle and did the paperwork and pick it up. They treated me with respect and felt very comfortable. Drive it now very happy with it so far.
Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.
I researched our Honda /Acura purchase for over two weeks using every resource available. I also contacted over 15 dealerships for quotes.

I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. They had the window sticker ready for me to review, and I asked for it specifically. No tricks and no illusions. We just haggled for a few minutes(you have to barter) and arrived at a deal we both felt good signing. Great experience, great people, and great coffee. It was a great early Christmas present to my wife.
I recently purchased my new 2018 Passat from Karen Radley VW. I chose Karen Radley after viewing their selection and prices. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price I could not find locally. I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
Great and enjoyable experience working with Fernando at the first day of the visit, it was one of my car dealerships visiting. I emailed Rosenthal asking about an RDX they had in stock. Ned Imaniyan contacted me by email and quickly gave me a lease price and terms. The monthly lease payment beat several other Acura dealers in the area by a significant amount. Showed up at the dealership, signed paperwork and was out within the hour. Very happy.

This place is awesome. I came to Radley after I had a bad experience with Pohanka. I leased a 2018 MDX here and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall purchase. Got the car I wanted at a great price and didn’t have a hassle of going back and forth a bunch of times. From start to finish, Nader Sulaiman went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had in an extremely timely manner. He was transparent in regard to pricing from the very beginning and made the experience as enjoyable as a car buying experience could be. He was attentive and proactive, but not in a way where I ever felt pressured or outside of our comfort zone. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Acura!
