Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Just bought a 2025 RAV4. Good experience. Gavin was our salesman. He did a good job of helping us select the car we wanted and did a test drive. He was courteous and helpful. Answered all our questions and went thru the features of the car with us. Well done!

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

I highly recommend Mike and Route 110 Auto Sales. Mike does not have the "used car dealer" approach. He will provide the information you need but not try a hard close to try and sell you a car. He was incredibly responsive both by phone and text. There were a few extra repairs the Explorer needed but Mike and his mechanic took care of them right away. I appreciated his willingness to make sure the car was ready to go. There are a few negative reviews here but we're buying used vehicles, cars can have issues. I don't believe those reviews should prevent anyone to check out one of his cars and meet him in person. I had a really good experience with Mike and believe you will too.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I preordered an Integra through Sunnyside, and I’m glad I did. I worked with Julia, who was communicative and fun to work with. The test drive was great and she was very knowledgeable, and when it came time to pick up my car she helped me set everything up. I felt like I could always reach out to her while I was waiting, too – waiting is the hardest part. Yaz worked with me to try and find a financing partner; we decided to use our own bank, and Yaz stayed late to make sure I could take the car home that night. Sunnyside works as a team to take care of customers and it shows. They also aren’t marking cars up or forcing customers to take accessories or add-ons we don’t want. Perfect experience!

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

She was able to quickly, and calmly, put to rest any and all questions and objections I had during the deal. I've been buying cars for decades and Julia is far and away the best sales consultant I've ever dealt with. Her help with setting up, and understanding, of the car's technology after the sale was an added bonus. I do wish the buying process was a bit quicker, however. Start to finish, the deal took four hours.

Idy, Andrew and Mark Hanna took care of me and, as mentioned in a previous review, they did a spectacular job but last night I just received my Hummer H3 Alpha in Phoenix, Arizona, and these guys completely under sold how nice this vehicle is. I can’t believe how clean the interior is. This is a special vehicle, one owner and very hard to find because it is the alpha version as I mentioned, of the smallest hummer H3. For those of you who care to know, the alpha means it has the coveted 5.3 L V8 . The interior, both sets of floor mats - wow! I’m just blown away. I’m a car enthusiast, I’m picky to say the least and these guys did such a great job, the joy I feel when something like this happens is very pleasant. You made my day, you made my weekend thank you for being , honest and earnest. Relationships are built on trust and trust is built and honesty. This dealer and these men, you can trust because they are honest and their deed absolutely follows their word. Thank you again

I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

I really appreciate Mike from Sunnyside Acura because he took time to show how all the different things on the RDX. He is very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure I had all of the upfront prices. No games, no pressure. I didn't feel that he was trying to take advantage of being a woman. Mike has been the nice person and I can tell tell you that he is passionate about the vehicles and people. If you are looking for someone to take time with you and not make you feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He also took time to listen to what I wanted. My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year
