My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
I had a problem with my radio. My radio was fixed in a short amount of time and I received my car clean and all in working order. The staff were very nice and very upbeat. I will definitely recommend going to Rallye Acura for all of your Acura needs. :)
I came in with the mindset of treading to haggle with salespeople. Bottom line this was the first time they gave me the best offer without the hassle of wait let me talk to the manager process. Took their offer and did my due diligence for 3 days. My salesman Reza Lavaie was right, it was the best deal compared to all the rest. Buying a car is all about the people you work with and the numbers. I worked with Dan Tibbs, and Elijah Joseph from Sign & Drive Auto Sales and Leasing. First let me say working with Mr. Tibbs was EXCEPTIONAL, I used to be in the car sales business and I know it can be hard. Mr Dan Tibbs made it like a walk in the park. He made me feel right at home, made the process easy to understand and very quick. And the same should be said about Elijah Joseph. The showroom was beautiful and already decorated in Christmas so the atmosphere was enjoyable to be in.
These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.
