Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Everything from making the appointment to dropping the truck off to the work getting done in the time window promised was excellent. Ashley (my service advisor) was great and very helpful.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the lot, Jack greeted us and ensured us if we needed any help they could assist. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future. I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

On February 21st.,2023, we took our 2022 Santa Fe to Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale for routine maintenance & factory recall. After driving home, approx. 45 miles, the car set in our garage undriven until Feb. 23rd. On that date I found a considerable amount of oil under the car. In further investigation and checking under the hood, I found the engine compartment saturated with motor oil. I immediately called Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale who contacted Valley Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to their Service Dept. The service mgr. contacted me by phone within two hours to tell me they located the problem which turned out to be the dip stick had failed to be fully replaced. He also assured me that they would clean up the engine compartment and return my car the following day. On Feb. 24th., Howard (Store Greeter), called to tell me they had completed replacing the engine oil, washed the car, detailed the engine compartment and would deliver the car to our home with one hour. As promised, Howard arrived at our home with the car and it was as clean as the day we made the new car purchase. Howard also filled the the gas tank and offered to clean up our garage floor. We're all human and capable of making mistakes as did the mechanic, but the follow up by each Earnhardt Hyundai Store Employee involved in this matter was professional, courteous and understanding (including the store phone operator). Even though we have a Hyundai Dealer closer to our home, we're certain to use only the Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer for our future service needs and vehicle replacement when due.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback. Very strong trade In values for cars as well, with very hassle free negotiation. Lou also put up with my two weeks of constant texts about the car as I was impatiently waiting for it to come from the factory. Car turned out beautiful. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy,alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!

Best mid size truck hands down!! Very reliable and handling is incredible. The V6 in this truck is a beast! Bullet proof!!!! Plenty of power for this truck 👍 it’s not a race car, it’s a beast of a 4X4 and has enough power to get the job done.
