Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Great experience with Nine Stars Auto. I recommend calling ahead for a test drive as some cars are kept inside. It gives them time to pull the car out and get it ready for you. PJ was awesome when we arrived and quickly brought us the keys. We did a quick test drive but no time limit was mentioned. We had all of our questions answered and never felt at all pressured to buy. Once we sat down to do the paperwork it was a very quick process and I was out the door with the keys to my Polestar 2. I’ve had zero issues with the car. It charges perfectly and easily paired with my phone. This was my first used car buying experience and it was great.

In terms of options and luxury, the Germans thought of EVERYTHING! I can't say enough great things about the vehicle. We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. Ive so many problem of this car. But that because of the previous owner. Problem in feature such as power window, rear mirror, door lock, speaker, parking sensor, insulation, etc...all not working properly But the main feature such as machine,transmission,brake all in very good condition. Mine is A3 2.0 FSI 2006. Ive 90k km so far. Daily driving it. Compare to BMW 5 series '05 I used to drive. This car has better handling, acceleration, and more fun to drive. Reliable & Easy to maintain. But the parts price is more expensive than BMW. Also the bodykit or accesories for mods are very rare. Fun fact, this car can manage to exceed 200 km/hr & 0-100 km/hr in 6-7 second without Turbo. Still working to restore it to its glory.

Shopped around for an Audi as I used to be a Volkswagon driver(Jetta 1 2 and 3)like the exterior Audi look and ended up falling in love the moment I bought it..have had a minor glitch with seatbelts sensor but other then that this car has been a dream..

Great running car This vehicle has been very reliable and amazing car It handles great, looks great, and moves when you want it to it has Turbo charged engine. MPG is about 30 on the highway. Cargo space with the back seat down is amazing.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes
