The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Alex G is probably the most helpful car salesman there is. Not only did he make sure to really do everything he could to get me a great deal on a car I actually wanted, but as a first time car buyer no other dealership or car salesman wanted to seriously help me, but he did. I can’t recommend Alex enough at this dealership.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

We lost the car key. After many phone calls to various dealers we chose house of imports for their best rate and allowing the vehicle to stay on the premises while key was ordered. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Overall, the experience was very positive

This car entered to my standards and preferences. The car is ergonomic and stylish as well. In terms of performance, this car is legit and well rounded.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from STA, I'm happy to have discovered them. Jonathan took care of me right away, and allowed me to fully test the Cayenne GTS that drew me to the dealer. Things to note - This 3rd party dealer specializes in Porsche sales and repairs, that means they have a great inventory of older to newer Porsche's for sale and a full mechanic shop on site. So why not 5 stars overall? Well, unfortunately the GTS they had wasn't in the best shape and clearly needed some TLC before being shown for sale (car parts in the trunk, battery dead, ash tray stuck open). Now this could have been due to bad timing on my part but still - if you are going to specialize in Porsche sales and charge at the higher end of the cars value then the cars on the lot need to exude the German values the brand is known for. That being said I have my eyes on future offerings from this dealer and hope something wows me into a sale next time.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

Great wheels with superb value. Used with Titanium package, clean lines and great interior. My daughter loves it and it gets great gas milage with solid power.
