Audi GrapevineReviews
Audi Grapevine review
When three warning lights came on in my car, it couldn?t have happened at a more inconvenient time. I had so many things to take care of, and trying to fit in a service appointment at Audi was the last thing I needed. To say my anxiety was high would be an understatement! However, from the moment I arrived at the dealership, my entire experience changed. Before I even got out of my car, Rene, my service advisor, greeted me at my car-door. He introduced himself, addressed me by name, and immediately made me feel welcome. I explained what was happening with my car, and he walked over, checked under the hood, and showed me what he believed might be a leak. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process, making sure I understood what was going on. What stood out most was the way Rene treated me. He made me feel like family rather than just another customer. This is my fourth Audi, and over the nine years I have owned Audis, I have encountered several different service advisors. I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable, confident, and well cared for as I did with Rene. He listened to my concerns, explained his recommendations, and made me feel completely at ease with the decisions we made regarding my vehicle. He also gave me a specific day and time when my car would be ready, and he delivered exactly as promised. Sure enough, I received a text today letting me know that my car was ready! As if that weren?t enough, Rene also asked whether I needed a ride to or from the dealership. His thoughtfulness, professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for my experience went above and beyond my expectations. Rene is truly an exceptional representative of the Audi brand. His approach to customer service is exactly what every dealership should strive for. He turned what began as a stressful situation into an experience that left me feeling valued, respected, and grateful. I wanted to take the time to write this review because people like Rene deserve to be recognized for the difference they make. Audi is fortunate to have him, and I sincerely hope his outstanding service receives the recognition it deserves. Thank you, Rene, for making what could have been a very stressful day such a positive experience. You have set the bar incredibly high for customer service!

Audi HendersonReviews
Audi Henderson review
I just purchased a new 2026 E Tron GT. Once again, I can't say enough about my experience with Audi Henderson and, specifically, Austin Cackovic. Austin worked really hard to make sure all my needs were met and made himself available, day and night, to answer any questions that I had. Austin made me feel very valued and showed true concern for my needs. I will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and associates, and he will be my go-to guy when I need another vehicle in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

This was the third time that I have leased a car from this dealership and it is always a pleasure. This is the second time that I have dealt with Cameron Werner and he has always been a professional. Cameron took his time in explaining the workings of my new car in a very easy manner. I definitely would recommend him as a sales person

The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back, fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

Paul Miller Audi review
I was involved in a car accident where my car was unfortunately a total loss. I called Paul Miller Audi and the went above and beyond to get me back in a new A-5. They worked with my insurance company to expedite things so I wasn’t stuck with rental car fees for a longer time. The salesman, Peter, was amazing. He worked hard to find the car to replace my lost car. He set everything up in the new car and reviewed all the car’s features with me. I have been leasing Audis for more than 10 years, and since I have been a Paul Miller customer, I can say I’m glad I made the switch! Everyone is very friendly. I am also extremely pleased with their service department too. I feel very confident with the level of care my receives every visit.

My sales representative was Ashley Reeves. He gave me Awesome customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. He got me back on the rode again. I was very happy and satisfied with my new car. 🚗 I gave him the perfect score of 5- stars 🌟. And if I could have given the perfect 10- star's 🌟. I would have. Keep up the good work.
