Experience was great. Charles was outstanding and super professional. I bought my car there because of Charles. I would recommend him to my friends and associates. The dealer staff supported Charles in every aspect of the purchase and were very friendly and professional. Just a very good experience buying a new Audi !!

Volkswagen BrandonReviews
Volkswagen Brandon review
This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back, fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

Audi Sugar LandReviews
Audi Sugar Land review
I had an outstanding experience working with Logan Daniel at Audi Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options available. What truly stood out was how he exceeded my expectations at every step—answering all my questions, being transparent, and making sure I felt confident about my purchase. He genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking to buy an Audi and want someone who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Logan. Thank you for making the experience exceptional! 🚗✨

Everyone was fantastic at the audio dealership from the First Lady I spoke with at service all the way to the last person I spoke with when I got my keys to my new 2023 Audi A5! Everyone was amazing and I’m extremely happy!
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Had a Q5 2023 and 1 month after purchase car was a lemon. Audi Corp USA were of no help and very disappointing but Audi WPB were extremely helpful sorting the issue. They provided a loaner for 3 months while Audi Corp took there time. Finally a deal was sorted for a trade in for All road 2024- Audi WPB went up and beyond to help me out.

The service department is the best one I have been to. Far superior to the Mercedes Benz dealership I had used for many years before switching to Audi automobiles. Diana Giraldo is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
