That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Dan, (who is referred to in the prior ratings) also stopped by to talk to us and was very gracious. We highly recommend Bridgewater Kia and Brett and the team if you are looking for a new KIA.
I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!
Hello Car Buys... I recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Bell Audi and my experience with the dealership, and more importantly my salesman Slavik Cucosh was extremely good. The guy went above and beyond to help me and that was for a Used Car. I can only imagine the service he would provide if a New Audi was on the line! If you're in the market for a New Audi or Used car on their lot, do yourself a favor and go see Slavik. Tell him the VW Jetta guy sent you.
After going to 5 different dealerships and getting the run around it was freshing to go to a dealership and dealt with straight up individuals. Aubrey was my sales rep and he guide me thru the process seamlessly. I had several concerns with the vehicle and it was great to have someone put your mind at easy. Barry was the finance manager that I dealt with who did a great job explaining ever document that needed to be signed and gave me advice as it relates to my credit. I had the pleasure of also meeting the General Manger who was extremely welcoming. My only criticism is that the process and wait time was long. I was sitting and staring into the air a few times but overall an amazing experience

Ryan did a wonderful job locating a new Q5 Prem Plus Tech for my wife and gave us an unbelievable price. He beat everyone hands down. First off lets me tell you about my experience with GT Motors, I purchased a car from them site unseen from across the country and had them ship the car to me. I knew it was a bit risky however based on the positive online dealer reviews I figured it was safe. However I was still a bit surprised to see the owner bend over backwards to make sure I am happy with the purchase. John took care of all of the details including dealing with the shipping headaches; he was always responsive, always on the ball and most importantly completely honest. John pointed out all of the vehicle flaws prior to me wiring him the money. After some shipping delays I finally got the car and the car was in the condition as it was described. I would recommend GT Motors to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Good people are the foundation of a good business and these people are as good as they come. GT Motors is awesome!!! Buying a new car is typically something I don't look forward to. Working with sales specialist Don Kim and General Sales Manager Rui Tome ,this was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences I've had when buying a new car.
Bought an older Park Avenue used. Service was exceptional and drove it home same day. Only had one key but they found another for the car and mailed it to me months later.
I was very happy with the service.
I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Absolute awesome experience. My salesman Chris Weaver was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I did financing through BMW and Patrick was wonderful. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Not to mention they had the best pricing around.
