Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. I wanted a sporty sedan car that was fun to drive, but wasn't over the top flashy, or masculine, and had plenty of room in the trunk to tote my kid's sports stuff. This car is perfect for a spoiled lady like myself. It's luxurious, sporty, safe and practical. The safety features are amazing and are understated on every review I've read online. I was in a really bad car wreck earlier this year and my A7 saved my life - literally. I had a 2016 Audi A7 and I'm currently on the market shopping for a later model of the same car. I love it, I love everything about it. And after test driving alternate options, I'm buying another Audi A7.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!

Audi has done a remarkable jobs with their cars every since 2012. Their cars are very sleek and smooth to drive (better than BMW which I used to own and sometimes better than Mercedes as well). Audi's have been very reliable and the A7 feels very sporty while still being very smooth and I like this better than Mercedes' CLS competitor.

The manager Mr. Henry is a reliable man. I bought the car last week and there was a problem about the engine since the car is kinda old. He proactively offered me help and let me have the car repaired in Indiana and the expense was cover by them. I believe they have a standard of retailing used cars since the interior is all kept so well. Actually I was recommended by roommate to have a look in here since he bought a X5 here before. Never thought that this experience was much beyond my expectations. Their pleasant demeanor would impress you and I would recommend you to contact Henry when you plan a purchase!

My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.

I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

We purchased this Audi while it still has several months and miles of warranty. We drove about 600 mile round trip to pick it up from the Jaguar/Range Rover dealer in Indianapolis. The sales person was super and the transactions only took 15 minutes because I had prepaid for the car. The drive home gave me a chance to appreciate all of the safety features. My last car was a 2015 S550 4matic, fully loaded. The only thing that the Audi does not have is night vision compared to the S550. The Audi is not as tight as the Mercedes but that may be because it is a hatchback. I did not know if I would like that, but it really is nice to have so much available room in the trunk. I would recommend to anyone.

This car meets all my needs. However, my original plan was to purchase the new RS7 which I found out would not be available until end of 2020, so I purchased the A7 until the ordered RS7 is delivered. Excellent condition. Fun to drive.

I purchased a 2019 chevy corvette in 2022 from this dealership. The entire process was very smooth from the beginning to the end. I purchased out of state and had the car shipped to me. The person i talked to on the phone was very pleasant and was willing to send a lot of updated pictures and videos. Even facetimed me so I could get a better live look at the car. The entire facility is indoor so the car showed up in excellent condition.

Love this car so far. Styling is great. Rides so smooth. Accelerates easily and is real easy to drive. Gas mileage is decent for 3.0T.

This car has a sporty look and has great pickup 2019 has upgrades to the interior and tech The earlier years are cheaper but if you want the latest tech get a 2019 or later , trunk space is huge

We made a 5 hour drive to check out (and ultimately buy) a car here and the experience was exceptional. (For context, we stopped on the way down to check out a similar car at what seems to be the "big name dealer" in Chicago and both the car and staff were absolutely NOT exceptional.) I was concerned about driving so far to spend the most money I've ever spent on a car, but after driving the car and talking to the owner a while, I was much at ease. I've bought many cars (from private parties and dealers) and I honestly haven't ever dealt with someone so transparent and pleasant to deal with as Delilah. I was a little bothered by reading a few negative reviews before driving down there, but after spending some time in the shop where I overheard him dealing with an absolutely ridiculous customer, I think the negative reviews are likely a reflection on the buyers and not the seller. Based my experience at Lake Motor, I'd say they do a good job of finding quality cars. When buying a used car you do always have to consider the risk that some unknown thing could go wrong in the near future and that's why it's important to spend a little under your budget. These guys have amazing prices and good cars, so getting what you want at less than you expected to pay is possible .....and that's why I'm very comfortable with my purchase. So far the car is performing flawlessly, but if even something came up in the next few months, I'd still endorse these guys for a delivering a quality car and a great experience.

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. I love the design of the new A7. It is loaded with technology, has plenty of room, and is so much fun to drive. I've had this car almost a year now, and have had absolutely no problems or issues with it. Audi does make an outstanding product.
