Our time at Audi Mentor was short. After finding the right car to purchase, we had an associate come out to help. He was helpful but seemed uninterested as he had another buyer arrive halfway through the interaction and left us. Not much wiggle room on the price.
I drive over 300 miles to come to this dealership and these service consultants specifically. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I trust these guys completely with anything my car needs- they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I felt the team was very friendly, but not all team members were personable. Some of the conversations to pass time didn't feel sincere. Also,process for financing took much longer than anticipated. But wasn't terrible. Otherwise, the overall experience was cool. Facility was worthy of the Audi badging.
I was in the market for a "new" used car for myself. I came across Tony's Auto World online. I gave them a visit and I was no disappointed. They made buying a car so easy and convenient. The sales representative did everything he could to get me the best price! I was mot disappointed. The car I purchased was well worth it; very clean and well maintenanced. Highly recommend them!
They had the used Volvo we needed....it was sold. We were ready to purchase our second choice, a 2011 Volvo XC90 but could't arrange delivery to a point in Michigan where we could have the car picked up. We had sent a deposit on the auto, which we were assured will be returned. The salesman, Steve Armstrong bent over backwards to get us the information on the vehicle we wanted. He was most helpful.
Walked into the Audi Dealership recently looking to purchase my first new car. The sales agent, Shawn Galla who assisted me had a lot of patience and integrity. Unlike most car sales men in the past, I did not feel pressured, felt listened to, polite and extremely attentive to my lack of knowledge about Audi Cars. This dealership is Awesome .I've bought many cars and I have to say buying an Audi from Audi Mentor was pleasant and very satisfying..Dealing with Randy my sales person and Jeff the sales Manager was very easy and enjoyable.. Randy and Jeff were very professional to work with and I got all that wanted for the price I wanted and I'm very demanding when comes to buying a car. My daughter bought an A4 from Audi Mentor a few years ago and described her experience as her dad and that was "Awesome" Both Sales and Service..looking for an Audi ..Go see these guys. Oh! And I really love my new Q3..

Purchased a 2018 A5 from Bedford. The Good: Terrel was easy to work with, no pressure. Sales manager gave me additional cash off. The Bad: No second key on a CPO. This should not have happened, told they have to order one then drive my car 75 miles back to dealership to program key. Finally, paper work never handed to me, still waiting after 1 week. Love the car, but buying experience was average at best. Too many details fell between the cracks.
