We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. Came in for a complimentary tech inspection required for my day on the track. Jon was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was very pleased to see the technicians carefully go over the car so I was confident it was safe and ready for the track.
Sent an email via the Cars.com system, got an automated email that they rec'd the email, and then a few days later another automated email from the GM (?) of the dealership to see if the salesman had contacted me. I replied that I was interested in the car but didn't hear back. I'm NOT a local to their area so maybe they dismiss those requests.
Sales representative very professional/friendly and quickly answered questions about the vehicle. Dealership receptive to negotiating internet sale by out of area customers unlike many that list vehicles on cars.com.
