My experience was epic with these gentlemen who worked with me regarding my needs for a new vehicle. Terrance Dixon was the sajesnan who greeted me as I exited my car and initiated professional communication with me asking the necessary questions to see what was required to earn my business. Mr Courtney G. then stepped in and also assisted being a dedicated member of the team. We went through the numbers and the gentlemen were adamant about me taking a vehicle and driving it for the experience over night. I declined, but that spoke volumes of their trust and dedication to gaining my patronage. We decided on a vehicle and it was the general manager; Michael Hartmann, who remembered my after 2-3 years of stepping into DonMcGill initially inquiring about the Tundra. Mr. Hartmann went in and worked with the guys and found the perfect vehicle for me. Spanking brand new Toyota Tundra Texas Édition w/ all of the bells and whistles I needed to carry out my daily functions as an Agriculture Advisor in the Katy ISD district. With the hundreds if deals that Mr. Hartmann works and handles, he was conscientious of what I needed after all if the time had passed since I stepped foot in the showroom. THIS is paramount of Customer Service and what truly attracts customers like myself to new businesses. I come from a die hard, dedicated FORD family .... but the experience with these 3 gentlemen really turned the tide and as they welcomed me to the Don McGill Family, I know I am in the perfect place now. Even though I had my own financing, the gentlemen were respectful of my wishes and did not present any options in any pushy manner. Chris Fernandez was also instrumental in my purchase by providing my documentation via usb drive (classy) as well as went thru options for any future purchases I could possibly have with Toyota!
