We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. I love this vehicle! I have always owned BMWs..so I was hesitant about moving into another vehicle family. I am so glad I did! This car is great! It meets beyond my vehicular standards!
Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.

Love our 2018 Audi Q5 Premium Plus 2.0T. It's a versatile vehicle for driving around and hauling stuff. The back seats fold very easily. We were reluctant to get the 2.0T fearing that the car was going to be underpowered but it's quick off the drive (even from the auto engine stop), agile, and sure on the road. No worries with speed or acceleration. As a bonus, we have been getting 28mpg on long stretches of hwy! The extra leg extension provides comfort and support on long drives. The perforated seats are great for cooling you off and the hot leather. The car has its usual safety technology features, but we're very impressed with the back up camera. The angle is so wide that I could see around a F350 truck or large vehicle to backup safely! The back lid can be programmed to any height which is great for shorter folks like me and of course I can open and close with the wave of my foot. The steering navigation display/MMI suite is awesome. It can take time to get use to the functionality but once you figure it out, it's hard not having it, like the hands free texting. The only issues have been the minor electrical glitches which Audi issued a recall. It took 5 hrs to fix so I was given a Q3 loaner. Overall, it's an awesome car.
The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.

Fantastic Car! I think the best value for money in the luxury crossover SUV segment, its real competition is really the BMW X3 (which I did not test drive). Really purchased for its safety features, but plenty luxurious and the drive/engine is fantastic, esp. in sport mode. Granted, first audi (or german luxury vehicle purchase) but could not be more thrilled!

HUD windshield bad design

The more expensive model with heads up display uses a different windshield that passes excessive passive solar heat and places reflection at eye level driving. Not a good vehicle unless you are working on your tan or need an additional heater. A/C on full when driving on 70 degree day in Colorado.
We met Lee Carter when we first went to Audi to look at the Q5's. What a great struck of luck that was. I have never had a better experience with a car salesperson. Not only was Lee pleasant and knowledgeable, but he made great efforts to understand our needs and preferences and became an advocate for us in the process. I never felt pushed, but always felt supported.

After much research and dealership visits, I found the Audi Q5 to be the best in it's when compared to Volvo XC60, BMW X3, and Jaguar. Jaguar was completely out of price range compared to what was already loaded in the Audi Q5 and had what I believed to be an outdated infotainment system, it was not very user friendly. Although I liked the Volvo and its technology, I felt the design of the car to be underwhelming as well as being a slight grade in finishes below the Audi. As for BMW, the ride was just as smooth as the Audi, however, the BMW did not have the quattro handling system (neither did the rest) like the Audi. The Audi came with the options I wanted at a $2-3,000 less MSRP than the BMW. Also, a BMW with the no run-flat option tire is not readily available on the dealer's lot and has to be searched for or factory built. In all respects, the Audi Q5 just came out on top and the dealers were more willing to make a deal than the other brands.
I recieved great customer service from Angela Taylor. She kept me updated on the time line of my car status. She spoke with compassion. After a crummy day, I left Audi feeling better and back in my car.

Bought the vehicle for my wife as a birthday gift. I have never been one for Audi though I’ve never owned one. Here’s the big but, I’m impressed with the quality, attention to detail, fit and finish, performance, ride quality and handling. It has it all and does it all very well. Now this is coming from someone that has worked in the service side of a Chrysler (aka Fiat Chrysler) for almost 20 years as a technician and shop foreman as well as a manager at a Gm dealership for 3 years. So I’m not easily impressed with vehicles. Even though we also sell Alfa Romeo (Stelvio) and is a good competitive model to the Q5 it’s still clear the Audi Q5 is the benchmark. My only complaint would be the lack of a touchscreen infotainment system. Come on Audi! Even a fiat pop has one. Overall the 18 Audi Q5 is a very well built vehicle. In a rapidly growing segment the Q5 is leader of the luxury pack. Compare them all and you’ll see package for package you can’t beat the Q5 in price. The Audi virtual cockpit is icing on the cake
Sent an email via the Cars.com system, got an automated email that they rec'd the email, and then a few days later another automated email from the GM (?) of the dealership to see if the salesman had contacted me. I replied that I was interested in the car but didn't hear back. I'm NOT a local to their area so maybe they dismiss those requests.
Although we’ve only purchased our Audi a week ago, I’ve been nothing but pleased with our experience so far. Our salesmen Sebastian and Craig have been so accommodating and patient with our very busy schedule and Spencer in the service department is wonderful as well. I look forward to many years with Sewell.

I had been thinking about Audis for a while but had never driven one. I decided to just drop by the Audi location near my job to take a peek & had no intentions on purchasing that day. I appreciated that I was not pounced on as soon as I walked through the doors of the Sewell dealership. When Sebastian approached me, he was an expert at letting me lead the conversation. His personality was gentle and warm. He listened to my desires and did not pressure me. He pulled down the exact car I wanted just because he took the time to listen. My salesperson was Ty, and he was so inviting and accommodating! Walking into the dealership I felt like I was high priority and extremely high class! When I couldn't leave the dealership with my vehicle the day I went he drove it all the way to me in Lake Charles, Louisiana once I was able to get them everything they needed. Even months after purchasing my vehicle I still got texts and thank you letters in the mail from Ty checking on me!! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!!
