Over all it was a great first time experience sales staff was very good salesman Derek was great to deal with very helpful finance office was great everything was great until the day I pick up my truck and the detail job that was done on my truck was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!inside was dusty with dog hair all in the carpet rubbing compound or wax all over the door weather stripping was left on fender flares and in a the crevice around tailgate logo the put the old torn up floor mats behind the back seat and when I went to remove them it had filled my behind the seat storage area with dirt sprayed the dash cluster glass with armor all and did not wipe it off same with touch screen just a very horrible detail I spent 7 hours the day I got it to clean all this mess up when I should have been out enjoying my new truck

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
