However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. I brought a x3 and within days it was in the shop, then when I got it out it went back in the shop 3-4 days later..I been having the car 3 weeks and 2 days and it?s been in the shop 2 weeks and 2 days.. I asked my salesman Kayden was anything wrong with the car and I would like a maintenance report.. he said no the car is good but I never got a maintenance report to see if anything was wrong I just went off his word, turns out the car needed 6,000 dollar repair job that I would?ve been stuck with had I not found out before my 30 day warranty was up?Kayden was so nice to get a sell, corresponding thru text, but the minute I had a problem he ignored all the text..smh.. I talked with Mr garret and Mr moe.. they?re over the sales men and they were very helpful and willing to fix the situation?and my girl vianey Seville in service was very great and easy to talk to, patient and understanding? I just hated the fact I paid for insurance and the car and I?m just now getting to enjoy it after all that, not to mention I had to pay for a rental for 2 weeks? but I would recommend this place for sure, just make sure u have a full inspection before buying a used car? but hey it?s bmw

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
2021 Audi Q5 review
The car is fun to drive but has slight hesitation that it seems Im the one that notices it. Its only been a few days since I got it. Im sure I’ll get used to it.
