After purchasing my daughter's GR86, I was promised by the salesperson that window tint would be installed which was part of the deal. More than a month went by, and despite repeatedly following up with my salesperson, I kept getting the same response: "Our service department will call you to schedule an appointment." Unfortunately, that call never came. As time went on, my frustration continued to grow. When I tried calling to follow up, my calls would go straight to voicemail after only a couple of rings, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. It was disappointing because the excitement of buying a new car was being overshadowed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Finally, I decided to call the service department directly, and that's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Billy Robinson in the Make Ready Department. From the moment he answered the phone, everything changed. Billy listened patiently to my concerns, treated me with genuine respect, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He didn't make excuses or pass me off to someone else, he simply said he would take care of it, and he absolutely did. True to his word, Billy had everything arranged and completed the very next day. After more than a month of waiting and getting nowhere, he accomplished in one day. That level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. Billy Robinson is exactly the kind of employee every dealership hopes to have. He is courteous, compassionate, accountable, and truly cares about his customers. He turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one simply by doing what he said he would do. His outstanding communication and willingness to help restore my confidence in the dealership. Billy deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and dedication. He went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough for making things right. 2018 Audi Q5 review
Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!
