A couple of days ago I posted a negative review regarding my recent experience leasing an A4. (Which is a really great car by the way) The Sales Manager, John, called me. He was very professional, apologized for a misunderstanding and resolved the issues I outlined in my previous review. I'd be glad to take down that review but there does not seem to be a way of doing that.
Great experience and knowledge of the various packages. Willing to work with me as close as possible to my budget. It didn't end up working out, but i'll definitely use these guys for when i can fully-afford an Audi.

Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. She took the time to explain everything to me each time and made sure I was getting the best deal. I make it a point now to always make sure she is doing the finance part of my deals so I know I don't have to worry about everything. She gets me in and out quickly with exactly what I came in for.
I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi A4 from this dealership and the experience was great. The sales consultants Tyler Bye and Cliff Corum were awesome to work with. They gave all the information I asked for, and more. No haggling on the price once it was agreed upon (via email). Both Tyler and Cliff were very polite and personable. Cliff continued to work with me post sales, helping out with the registration process since it was an out of state sale. He was very prompt in responding to queries on the phone, text or email. I even got all-weather mats for free! Overall, a very pleasant experience buying my car from this dealership. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy an Audi, and Cliff as the consultant.
Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.
