Used 2023 Audi Q5 for sale near Passaic, NJ

He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I arranged a lease for the first time. I had questions and didn’t understand everything. They explained it clearly and calmly, without any attitude. You don’t get that everywhere. You can tell they work with all kinds of customers.

I don’t like phone calls, I prefer texting. I asked through their online form about a specific VIN and didn’t just get “yes, it’s available.” I got a full list - packages, history, and whether it could be reserved until the weekend. They actually waited for me even though interest was high.

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. Kudos to Ralph and the technicians that worked on my car!
