Stopped in to make an appointment and was very pleased the Adviser said if could handle an hour and half they would do it fight now. First time I’d ever been taken as a walk-in. It saved a ton of my time since I live 17 miles away. Kudos to the service adviser.
Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.

Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away
I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.

I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)
I was looking for 2016 Mazda 6 GT in the area. I found the desired car at Continental Mazda of Naperville. From my first visit until the moment I bought the car, I was served well and the test-drive was very good and the dealership has their own drive track and was given ample time to test-drive the car. I was given the detailed demo of the car with all its specs, so that it gave me a clear idea of what am buying. I got the car for a fair price. On the delivery day, the car was given in a very clean condition with all the fluids filled and full gas tank. I appreciate their service. I would like to thank the dealership, especially Karl Tanhueco for his service,demo of the car and help even after end of the transaction. I definitely recommend Continental Mazda of Naperville.

I have owned this car for just under a year. In that time, it shut down while driving and would not restart on TWO separate occasions. After being towed to the dealership, the vehicle started and they were not able to determine the cause. Audi will not consider a ’buy back’ since the dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am left wondering when and where I will be stranded again. Hopefully it’s in a safe place.

Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.

Owned this car for almost 3 years. Had the same light go off multiple times which was a safety indicator (they would say they fixed it and it wasnt) new tires were $2,500 which is just lovely, then had 2 critical engine systems fail within days of each other. THEN, a month after the 2 check engine lights/fails, the A/C completely tanked out in the dead of the August heat. Was in the shop for 2 weeks as they had trouble locating the leak. Don't waste your money! It may be a sexy car, but it will constantly be in the shop.
We received excellent service from Calvin on our first visit in with our 2018 Q5. There were a few recalls that were taken care of as well as oil change and realignment. The work was done on schedule and I love the Uber provided after drop off.

This Audi Q7 is state of the art and is a leap ahead of all the competition. Absolutely the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. Would highly recommend if it’s in the budget
Jorge helped me out with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. He even went out of his way to provide me with some quotes for accessories that I am planning to purchase. I'll be bringing my Q7 to Fletcher for service going forward. So far the best service center I've seen and the friendliest staff.

The Q7 definitely met my expectations. The price was a bit high but you can't put a price on safety & reliability. The cockpit takes awhile to get use to its features but im learning as I go along. Not used to having so many options and buttons on an suv. All it needs is to drive itself and we're set. 3rd row is a bit snug but roomier than the lexus rx350L
Jorge promised to get me in and out quickly and kept his word, Everyone was friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. Facilities are wonderful.

This is my 3rd Audi Q7 and it is a wonderful automobile. It's the quietest car I've ever owned and it is a pleasure to drive. While I've only had the car 3 weeks, I can already predict that it will be a car I will keep for a long time. I just read the Consumer Reports review of this car and they gave it an overall rating of 90, which is the highest CR rating I've seen over the past 5 years, other than the original rating for the Tesla 3.
I think luck was on our side this day. We walked in with no appointment and Channing was waiting for us. Overall it was an exceptional experience thanks to Channing???s honest and personable style. We didn???t feel pressured to make any decisions and were able to take our time with the process. We were presented with many options that fit our needs and overal it was a great couple visits.

My very first car was an Audi 100 LS in 1984 and I loved that car! I owed a lot of VWs after that which I also loved but at this time in my life I decided I need more luxury and comfort without giving up style. The Audi Q7 meets all those requirements and more.
Went into Fletcher Jones Audi and was greeted by Ravi who was so friendly and listened to my needs immediately found the car I was inquiring about and ask if I wanted to go for a test drive, so much fun Ravi honestly loves what he does and it's not just a job to him he made sure I was well taken care of I got the best features and he wouldn't let me leave without my car, the whole team is amazing very hard working even if it takes all day they get the job done. Ravi has followed up with me and any issues I have had he has been front and center making sure everything and all my needs are met. I will definitely be back for an upgrade very soon!! Bought a Ford explorer about a month ago still haven't seen the title and now our temporary plate is expired . Vehical had obviously been smoked in, and they did not do a vary good job detailing it there where still crumbs in the seets . Radio has issues that where not disclosed and have various other issues with vehical that where not disclosed or addressed
Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
