2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

In fact, I like the appearance of this car, and it feels quite handsome. It is difficult to buy a larger SUV at this price. It is still relatively rare. I think the pricing is more conscientious first, and the workmanship in the car is also considered. All aspects are also more meticulous, you can feel its delicate workmanship and quality. Absolutely amazing as always! Made a quick call with Miss T at Front Desk, she got the Service Dept ASAP for an appointment for change on a flat/damaged tire with Dani, in Service. Giovanni helped with the process all the while I was there. He kept constant updates with me on how the car is being managed and how long it will take. Knowing my kids and I outgrew the current A4, I lease with Audi Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, I gave it a try to browse a bigger car with them. Adam Z in Finance, (super cool guy!) with whom I worked last time to lease my current car, introduced me to Anna Aslanian in Sales and Carlos in Finance. They all worked with me on the best car option and the best monthly lease rate. The entire team just made my day! I drove in to change the spare tire with a new one (NYC - fix the potholes on GWB please!) and I drive out of the dealership with a 2022 Q5! Again, absolutely friendly and courteous, seamless service as always! Thank you Anna, Adam, Carlos, Miss T, Giovanni, Dani and everyone involved! Now I have the new Q5 for a week already and can't wait to drive it out a 2nd weekend in a row Upstate NY! A few weeks ago, I was hit by a stolen car. My car was totaled and I was injured. The ordeal was overwhelming! After looking at hundreds of cars, I was exhausted. I found several cars I could afford close by, but they didn't feel legitimate. I found a car online at Audi Hawthorne (the NY, not in NJ!) I e-mailed an inquiry, and Perry Snitkin in sales at Hawthorne answered. Perry was patient and understanding. We went back and forth with phone calls, e-mails, and texts, dozens of times, I even had a problem and couldn't show up as promised one morning. And he NEVER got aggravated. I realized he was a not a xx salesman, and I trusted him! All this for a car that was a trade in and he was NOT going to make a fortune on! Though there were similar cars much closer to me, I paid for an Uber, went, and bought the car sight unseen! I would give him and the dealership 10 stars if I could. The car was perfect and the warranty they give is exceptional. The dealership is also incredible to see, beautiful area. Sincerely, Michael Hirak
