Excellent experience from Audi of Fairfield with purchase of a certified A6. Our schedule was very busy around the time of purchase and Gissella Pellettiere and team seamlessly coordinated our delivery on a very heavy snow day. It would have been perfectly reasonable for them to cancel but they made themselves avalable. Gissella was also very thoughtful in her explanation of the plusses and minuses of the various cars they had available over a period of a couple of weeks by both phone and email. Bianco Auto Sales has an excellent selection of automobiles, but so do lots of car dealers. What really sets Bianco apart is their customer service, their trustworthiness and their loyalty. When it comes to buying a used car, those are by far the most important factors, and nobody comes close to matching Bianco on any of them. In 2014 I bought a 2000 Ford Expedition from Ed at Bianco. It was a great car at a great price, and I never had any problems with it until about a month ago. When I was getting the car inspected, the mechanic informed me that the way the brake lines were routed was potentially problematic. I hadn't had any work done on the car since I purchased it, so I knew that it must have been that way when I purchased it. My mechanic told me it would cost about $600 to fix the problem. I called Ed at Bianco and explained the situation, and he seemed legitimately concerned about what I was telling him. He said he would need to talk to the owner (Frank), but that they would see if they could help me out. Over the next couple days Ed was unable to circle up with Frank about my issue, but Ed called me at least once a day to assure me that he hadn't forgotten about me, and that he would raise it with Frank as soon as he could. This was both extremely comforting and quite surprising, because it reflects a rarely seen level of caring and dedication. After Ed spoke with Frank, they decided I should bring the car to their facility so they could better understand the problem. I resisted somewhat because it's a bit of a drive to Stamford, and I didn't want to drive all that way to find out they weren't going to help me. Ed assured me that they would do the right thing, and because he seemed (and is, as it turns out) a trustworthy and stand-up guy, I agreed. After quickly looking at the brake lines they agreed that there was an issue, but said they would need to put the car on the lift and remove the wheels to understand how serious it was. It was Good Friday and the mechanics were leaving early, so they asked me to leave the car for the night and I agreed. As I waited for my wife to pick me up, the staff could not have been nicer. While I waited they offered me a beverage, and the use of a desk and computer that were unoccupied that day. And keep in mind, at this point the staff knew I wasn't there to buy a car, so it's not like they were trying to close a sale. They are just good, nice, helpful people. The next morning, Ed called to say it would cost about $450 including parts and labors. He also told me that Bianco would cover the entire cost. This was, of course, amazing news, and further confirmed what was becoming obvious: that Ed, Frank, and Bianco Auto Sales in general are in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. Ed noted, however, that there was a catch: it was possible that in the course of the repair, the calipers might break. If that happened, they were hoping I would be willing to help cover the cost of replacing them. He said that at most, they would ask me to cover $100. I agreed. Honestly, I fully expected that they'd hit me with that $100 charge. I was wrong. Even though it was his day off, Ed called me the next day to let me know the repairs were done, that I could pick up the car at any time, and that I didn't owe them a cent. To say that I was impressed by the experience would be an understatement. Every step of the way -- from the little things (like going out of their way to keep me updated) to the big things (like paying for the repair out of their own pocket), Bianco went far above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needs a car. You can find a car anywhere, but you're not going to find that level of customer service, trustworthiness and loyalty anywhere but Bianco.

Love my Q7, lots of leg room and cargo space for what my family needs. Runs great except I wish this model had the air suspension as standard and more HP. The S-Line Prestige package was the one that I really wanted but couldn't find one in good condition so I went ahead and got the premium plus package. This model has less HP and options than the S-Line but it serves my family well for what it is. I would highly recommend anyone that's looking for family SUV to get this, you'll not be disappointed.

Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!

I had spent months searching for the perfect car for me. I narrowed my search to a 2006-2008 Audi S4 Avant. I was giving the runaround by several independent dealerships that had the vehicle I was interested in. Finally came across a beautiful Deep Sea Blue Pearl S4 Avant 6speed Manual transmission at New Country. This car has been a pleasure to own. I bought it pre-owned and have enjoyed it for 3 years. Driving it has been fun and what you can expect from an Audi. The car offers many luxury features and is a comfortable ride. The suspension provides comfort and the stereo system is by Bose enough said. My Audi has a 3.6 liter V6 engine that is powerful enough to make the truck perform magnificently. The steering is pure Audi performance that makes the SUV handle admirably. There are some negatives and for me they start with a tiny 3rd row seat. I wish it had just a little more leg room. The other would be the fuel economy. Other than those items the Q7 has been a beautiful and fun car to own. I would purchase another one or recommend to my friends or family.

Having owned a 2011 Audi Q7 in the past, I expected a great riding solid SUV in the re-designed Audi Q7. The interior is definitely very nice and luxurious. Controls are easy to use and the quality of materials appears to be very high. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. They sometimes don't hold you in place when taking a corner on the faster side, but they are definitely comfortable seats to sit in. Interior space is good, however I was expecting a larger trunk space in the re-designed Q7 given that a common complaint about the previous gen was the trunk space, but it is good enough for Costco trips and trips around town. The ride is smooth and quiet. Power is more than adequate. As far as the quality, my car was in the service department for about a month and a half total in the first year. First issue that caused it to be in the shop for over a week was that the paint had sap etching all over the hood and top of the car. This was the dealers fault for parking it under trees, so not an Audi specific thing. When I bought the car, the shift lever leather was scratched, so that had to be replaced. The rear bumper was out of alignment by 1-2 mm on the left side, but it seems to be an issue with a lot of the Q7's. Homelink worked for a week, then would need to be re-programmed so the entire unit had to be replaced. It was replaced and working, but it doesn't work like the original one did. Instead of being able to program it by holding your remote pointed towards the rearview mirror, I now have to go to the rear of the vehicle and get it close to the HomeLink transmitter. Not a big deal because you only do it once or twice, but it sucks that it doesn't work the way it did before the repair. The driver seat started making a clicking sound about a week after taking delivery and it never went away. I bought it up to the service dept, the service manager heard the noise for 5 minutes straight, and they ended up saying they couldn't do anything about it because it might just be a characteristic of the seat. A year later I brought it back and they finally sent it up to Audi Corporate and they replaced the entire seat frame. The clicking seems to have gone away, but they did a horrible job of putting the seat back together. Multiple items needed to be fixed included the plastic seat cover on the rear of the seat, the plastic trim on the left side of the seat, the leather had to be re-installed correctly around the headrest, plastic clips had to be re-installed correctly around the base of the headrest, and now when driving around corners I can feel the leather slipping from side to side slightly like it wasn't attached quite right to whatever it's supposed to be to keep it in place. The driver seat trim around the seat controls had to be replaced because it would squeak every time I got out of the car. The panoramic roof had to be fixed due to rattling. Headliner had to be removed twice due to rattling and in the process the headliner was scuffed up in multiple places. The car would pull to the right after only 3k miles. The tires were apparently to blame so those had to be replaced. The passenger front window rattles occasionally. The service department has taken care of most of the issues and the car itself is great to drive. So overall I'd recommend the vehicle, but with a warning that you may have some headaches getting some minor issues fixed.

This is a very room car. Holds 7 adults comfortably. It has nice acceleration on turns and even my friend who drives the big Mercedes truck noticed a smoother ride. The only negative comment... the cup holders in the driver console are too small and the mmi interface could be smaller. I don't have a place to sit my phone.
