My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
What I really liked about Audi Gwinnett is the team dynamic. I was greeted right as I came in by a kind receptionist and then Slim helped me get started finding Shawn for my reservation and they were the ONLY dealership in my month of car shopping to offer to go on the test drive with me! I can tell you right now that if Shawn hadn't ridden along with me to answer all of my insane amount of questions I probably would have gone home to think it over and thrown it in the stack of other cars I test drove and couldn't make up my mind on. They had a great and affordable bumper to bumper extended coverage plan (which is really important to me with used cars). Tracey made the boring paperwork part fun. I knew I was going to get along with that guy the moment I layed eyes on his fake spilled coffee accident gag he had on his desk. I gladly give this team a five star review! Y'all rock!
This will be the sixth range rover I have bought from Land Rover Gwinnett. Mary Cromer takes the best care of me from beginning to end. Her service is superb. I Will never shop anywhere else for a car .
Had an excellent expierence with Anita at Hennessy jaguar of Duluth. She was straight forward with me and I didnt get the runaround that you get at most dealerships. I was in and out with a vehicle within 2 hrs.

Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
Visiting Audi Atlanta was a wonderful experience coming from a history owning of Mercedes and Toyota cars. I did not believe I would have walked out of there buying a 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro the same day as test driving it but my boyfriend was right, I absolutely loved it! I test drove other cars while there but the Q3 was perfect for me. Davian Quinn and Michael Gerbick were so helpful and considerate and really made it a memorable experience. Furthermore, they have both continued to amaze: from assisting my boyfriend and I with putting on roof racks to repairing minor defects on the car at no charge. I am more than grateful and humbled to have had such kind, attentive customer service.

This was the second time I had visited the dealership. Greeting by the staff was great and warm as you would hope to see with a front-line organization. Recognized that I was in the system from the first visit which appeared to assist in getting a Sales person assigned. I had used your web site and others to research and learn about the vehicle, options and ratings against the top 3 vehicles being considered (Q5, GLC, F-Pace). A bit informed but still looking for support from the Sales team with exploring inventory options including what may not be on the web site and learning more about the vehicles 1st hand. Ryan Asmer assisted us during the visit with looking at several vehicles after we had discussions around what we were considering with a Q5. We were afforded the opportunity to take a vehicle out on a relaxing test drive which gave my wife the opportunity to be exposed to the Q5. The sales process was without pressure which was refreshing. Ryan worked up numbers which moved us from test drive to lets explore making a purchase. The negotiations process was not extended and did not require multiple hand-offs or others coming to the table to tell us why a price adjustment could or could not be done.

Called ahead for service appointment on my wife's Audi Q5 55K checkup. Everything from setting up the appointment to leaving the dealership was fast, efficient, and super friendly. David Maddux in the Service Dept was waiting for me when I arrived. He quickly recorded my info, , covered what was to be done on the 55k checkup, explained every question I had in detail, answered a few questions about the new Audi's, and made sure I had everything I needed as I waited upstairs. He made the experience go as smoothly as possible. There is a reason I drive two hours from the north side of Athens! It's people like David who make the journey and wait worthwhile. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear my car was ready 2 hours before the estimated time. Overall a great experience!
Made it very easy, pretty quick, nice amenities at the dealership. Would recommend. I dread car buying but overall I was very pleased with this experience. Just hope they continue the good service now that I have bought my car too :-)
???Conducting business with Audi Atlanta is very simple. I initially scheduled the appt online. I called in because I had to change it twice. AA is very accommodating so rescheduling was a breeze. The dealership is comfortable so I waited for the work and repairs to be completed. Mr Duberry continues to provide the exceptional customer service that Ive become accustomed to so the experience continues to be amazing.???
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
