After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

2010 Audi Q7 review
My Q7 was certified pre-owned when I bought it. It is super comfortable, hugs the road and has a super smooth ride. Even though it is 8 years old, I still get compliments on it's appearance inside and out. I've got over 200,000 miles and it has never needed a major repair. Just regular maintenance and high quality premium gas.

2021 Audi Q7 review
Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

Called sales man named Abe, he was very nice over the phone and even more helpful in person once I arrived he had my car ready to go for a test drive. the whole process only took an hour and a half to be honest and that is including the test drive!! Highly recommend those guys!
2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

2026 Audi Q7 review
The Q7 is a great SUV! We did have an alternator issue about 10days after purchase. The Dealer handled it immediately and made it easy. We purchased the S Line with the 6 cylinder engine and upgraded exterior and interior.
