I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Purchased a used Chevy suburban 2500 1 owner drives like new picked it up in Seattle drove home to Tennessee no issues sales reps were very helpful and informative when it came to any questions or concerns I had since purchasing out of state went above and beyond to send lots of pictures and videos of the truck before purchasing would definitely recommend. Brought the car in for a check engine light on and a 50 000 mile service. Service writer Charles was great to deal with. He kept us up todate on the repair work that was being done, and the work was completed the day I was promised. Believe Audi highly recommend.

Fair trade in , fair purchase price. Efficient process. Didn?t have to wait too long for the finance person. Having to wait to talk to the fianance person who is trying to sell add ons is my biggest pet peeve in car buying . It is always a bottle neck And I personally take this as an am insult, thinking here I am paying cash for a car why to I have to wait in the dealership for hours for the finance person to finally have time to conclude the sale and then change the delay selling add on I don?t want. This part of the process went 4 out of 5 as I waited a bit , but when I said I don?t want any add on , they respected this and expedited the process. One suggestion for cars.com is to add a field in your survey about the process with the finance person in the dealership. Given that the add-ons tend to be a huge profit center and makes up 25 to 30% of a dealership gross margin this is an area that should be addressed in the survey. Just a suggestion.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Dan Rubin is a great example of quality customer service and attention to not only the car, but to who owns the car! He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take to be serviced and it ended up being a few hours earlier than expected! Dan ordered me a Lyft to take me to/from home. For some reason, I wasn't getting the notifications from Lyft, but Dan sent me the details of the car/driver/license plate and tracked me on the app! I appreciated that!

I came in for my annual service and a tire repair. Service was done quickly and efficiently; the service rep was excellent - I use him regularly and, as usual, he didn't disappoint.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. He took care of most of the paper work over the phone and had me in and out the next day in no time. Would recommend to anyone!
