CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

Audi Morton Grove review
We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

2014 Audi S4 review
Replacing my A4, 8.5 years ago, I love the increase of power. Although somewhat stiff, I leave the chassis setting in Dynamic unless the Michigan roads become unbearable in the Spring. And, switching to winter tires when the snow hits allows spirited driving even during the winter. Best car I've owned.

This car has met my needs related to performance in a sports sedan. The only downside I’ve experienced is when buying a new Audi, option upgrades are significantly overpriced compared to other cars in its class on the market.

They took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. Driven Auto Sales review
We actually traveled four hours to this Chicago used car dealership that listed a lot of used model X's, drove a couple, then found out that they will personally inspect a car and give us a high-quality video walk around and deliver to us for $350 [chicago to 49417]. Nader was very helpful and patient. So we went home and kept checking online until that dealership listed the car with all the options we wanted, then got videos via txt, called back and asked some basic questions, then bought and had it delivered. They also helped us navigate the intricacies of an interstate purchase. We also learned that model X's move quickly, Driven Auto dozens of cars per week if not more, so when you see it you better pull the trigger quickly

Sheri was excellent and accommodating to deal with since we had an insurance claim to deal with to purchase our next vehicle. I would highly recommend the dealership and asking for her.
2011 Audi S4 review
When you want comfort and a smooth drive, you get it in the Audi S4. When you want superior handling and instant acceleration, you get oodles of that too with the S4. This car was a pleasure to drive for 6 years. It brought a smile to my face after a long day's work when I got to drive home in it! My only gripe is that Audi maintenance is really expensive (for eg, $ 150 for alignment ) and Audi dealerships around MA can't be trusted to give you reliable advice for your car.

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these guys definitely deliver. Highly recommend!
2021 Audi S4 review
Love this car. Had it for 3 years now. I would recommend getting a after market intake and intercooler.. stock is was to small.. they put in a a4 intercooler to s4 which cause some issues if you live in a hot state like I do.

I would give a 5 star review however, I received my vehicle as of yet. What I will say is that everything went good as far the purchase of the vehicle. They answered all of my questions as well as sent me photos and video of the vehicle. All in all my experience was great. Thanks to Robert he was helpful and made me comfortable with my purchase even with me being from out of state. Thank you Highland Auto and Thank you Robert !!!!
