Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these guys definitely deliver. Highly recommend!

Fields BMW of Northfield review
Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

Multi AutosReviews
Multi Autos review
Ali and his staff at Multi Autos are easy to deal with, they have a great staff from the receptionist to his porter they are all very friendly. Ali had a very good price on a 2014 Camaro with low miles, they also gave me a fair trade value for my 2012 Camaro. The paper work was quick and easy. Ali even gave me a 30 day warranty at no charge! They have a wide variety of vehicles on hand. Keep in mind that they are a used car dealer and you’ll need to do your own inspection. When the prices are this fair you have to be reasonable on your purchase and condition. I would highly recommend Multi Autos. Best regards, John

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

MINI of Glencoe North Shore review
The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

Castle Volkswagen of SchaumburgReviews
Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg review
I had an outstanding experience with Eryk Buczynski at Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg. From the moment I walked in, Eryk was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and provided clear, transparent information about pricing, options, and financing. What stood out most was Eryk’s dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. He guided me through the features of the car, demonstrated how everything worked, and followed up afterward to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a new or used vehicle in the Schaumburg area, I highly recommend asking for Eryk. His professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach truly set him apart. Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg is fortunate to have him on the team. Thank you, Eryk, for a fantastic car-buying experience!

Really outstanding service. Made transactions very easy and fast. People working there super friendly and courteous.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Elgin HyundaiReviews
Elgin Hyundai review
Elgin Hyundai is a team that treats those who walk in like people, not customers. They aren’t trying to get you for the most money or a commission, they genuinely want to help. My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. Mike & Alfonso listened to us and fought for us. They gave us every deal and break they could and made it a great experience. We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.

Audi Morton GroveReviews
Audi Morton Grove review
We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"
