Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Absolutely the best Car buying experience ever!! I purchased my first vehicle 2/2023 And they definitely did not disappoint. I was in dire need of the vehicle and they exceeded my needs. Fast forward to yesterday, I worked with Sean and he was very patient and helpful with not only offering the perfect vehicle, but also assisted with submitting us to lenders for financing. I am Very grateful I found this gem of a dealer. No haggling, No pressure, just a very respectful & honest business!
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

As a previous Sewell customer, I know the high level of customer service provided. I traveled to Plano, TX to buy my car from Passport. It’s an awesome, family business that is very selective in the cars it offers, and ensures absolute customer satisfaction. Very pleasant staff, they address all questions or concerns thoroughly, and it’s obvious they know theirs cars and take immense pride in their cars and in making sure their customers are happy. Super pleasant and knowledgeable folks. And, as a bonus, they offer their cars at a very fair and competitive price. I certainly know the first place I’m looking the next time I need to buy a car!

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Double R Cars review
Had a great experience. Drove from over 4 hours away to pick up our car, and they were extremely easy to work with. Had everything ready to go when I got there and never felt rushed even on a Friday evening. Thanks so much guys. You made this deal one of the easiest I have had in awhile.
2017 Audi SQ5 review
The SQ5 comes standard with around 350 hp and with only some minor modifications can get up to 450 hp. Combine that with Audis consistently having the most comfortable yet driver centric cockpits and this is the most balanced and pleasurable vehicle I’ve owned in over 20 years. For record, I’m comparing this against previously purchased Audi S4s and a V8 BMW M3. The SQ5 is a sedate mom car when you want it to be and a competitor to the Porsche Camen when you put it into sport mode. Fully fun and functional.

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
I recently had a great experience with Principle Hyundai in Boerne. Due to a medical condition, I wasn’t able to come into the dealership until it was time to test drive the vehicle, and the team was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. When I did come in to test drive a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy, everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and respectful of my time. David Bristol was especially helpful—he was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward. The dealership itself is clean and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere reflects a team that truly takes pride in customer service. I appreciated the transparency and communication every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and makes car buying a smooth experience, I would definitely recommend Principle Hyundai Boerne—ask for David Bristol!

GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIOReviews
GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIO review
We recently purchased a Genesis GV80 Coupe from Poli, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Poli was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the vehicle. He took the time to walk us through every single detail—top to bottom—making sure we understood all the features, options, and technology packed into this incredible car. Poli didn’t just sell us a vehicle—he delivered an experience. His patience, thoroughness, and honesty made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is this committed to customer service. We absolutely love our GV80 Coupe and are so grateful to Poli for making it happen. If you’re in the market for a new car and want someone who truly knows their stuff and puts your needs first, go see Poli. Highly, highly recommended!
