iCars Chicago review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Their inventory of luxury vehicles is truly impressive—every car was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly selected with quality in mind. What surprised me most was the incredible value they offer. I was able to purchase a high-end luxury vehicle at a price that was significantly better than what I found elsewhere. The customer service was equally impressive. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pressuring me into a sale. They were transparent throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a quality luxury vehicle at an amazing price with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending them to friends and family.

CarMax Charleston review
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.

Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

Genesis of Downers GroveReviews
Genesis of Downers Grove review
I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Audi Orland ParkReviews
Audi Orland Park review
Great team with excellent customer service. I have previously owned BMW/Mercedes, and most recently Audi from another local dealer. The Audi Team at Orland Park got me a great deal (beating several other competitors in the area) in the exact vehicle I wanted, and made the process of trading my old vehicles seamless. While the process of buying or leasing a new car can often be confusing and painful, Peter Mangano's team provided straightforward, excellent service. It has been my most pleasant and efficient car experience to date, and they went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am a loyal customer from now on!

Perillo BMWReviews
Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

Ultimo Motors EastReviews
Ultimo Motors East review
I had an excellent experience with this dealership. They are genuinely easy to do business with and completely transparent with their pricing. Every car I looked at was extremely well maintained and spotless inside and out. What stood out most was the peace of mind they provided throughout the entire process — no pressure, no surprises, just honest people who stand behind their product. Highly recommended.
