This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

The overall process has continued to be exceptional that I have bought or leased with them for the past 8 years. My salesperson is unbelievable and makes the buying process so enjoyable and clear. The service department is the best and pays attention to details and plans to keep expenses to a minimum.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Sold a 2018 Honda Civic 2 dr coupe on Friday, 11/14. Alex was absolutely great. They purchased the automobile for exactly what they had quoted. We will never sell or purchase with any other dealership! They were fair and honest which is not true of many other dealerships. Would recommend whether buying or selling. Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

From the moments I got in the dealership until I left I was treated very nice and very welcomed. I looked at Lexus RX and end up buying it because I felt comfortable and car is clean with good competitive price. Very recommend

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Great experience at Muller Acura of Merrillville! Juele went above and beyond answering the questions I had about a CPO vehicle they had for sale. I was 50 miles away in IL, so we couldn't easily pop in to check it out. We were very sensitive to things like ex-smoker vehicles, and Juele went out to the vehicle, running the A/C, and looking for stains. I could hear the car running in the background as she checked (and it was not a smokers vehicle). Then when I was able to come into the dealership on the weekend, it was pulled into a bay inside since it was threatening rain that morning. I was able to take all the time I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicle. When it came to negotiating the deal, there was some back and forth on price and trade that was very amicable, and they were very willing to send me detailed OTD price before I drove out there. We ironed out the remaining details when I was there, without a lot of the normal "salesmanship/posturing" most dealers do. And all along the way, Juele and their team were calling out any "gotchas" that may come up with an IL person buying from IN dealer, which was very appreciated. The rest of the tean there, from the finance manager to other sales people, were very friendly and no nonsense. For any future friends and family, I'd steer them to this team for their next purchases in a heartbeat.

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.
