The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

This is my 3rd Q5, my first "E" love it but living in Phoenix, having such a big area to drive not happy with 35 mile range they need to up the range.

I recently bought a lightly-used 2019 Honda Passport Sport. My agent was David Lopez and Don (the director of finance) also helped with the process. I had an excellent experience as a whole at this dealership, and in particular working with David Lopez and Don. I had four cars I was interested in looking at- David made sure to get them all ready ahead of time- to make everything easier for me to compare and contrast them. He was very genuine- he didn't give off any bad "salesman" vibes that make you feel pressured or manipulated. It was like having a exceptionally well-informed friend helping me pick which car was going to best fit my needs and lifestyle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I waffled between two very similar cars. I would *highly* recommend working with David Lopez. We recently purchased our second used Nissan from Audi St. Paul. Both were great experiences, but this last time stands-out. Our sales rep Rasethnu was awesome, professional and caring. We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention on the car and Rasethnu made follow-up calls to be sure they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

We recently purchased a 2025 Q3 Audi from Carousel Audi, St Paul. Rasethnu Jenkins was of great assistance in our purchase. He was very thorough in going over the vehicle warranty and vehicle features and how to use/ access them in this digital age. The car was washed and detailed to perfection on delivery. On subsequent visits, to follow up on accessories, Rasethnu saw that they were installed and the car was again washed for us. Aaron, in finance, was very helpful in processing our paperwork. While the purchase of a vehicle can be stressful, Rasethnu, and the people at St Paul Audi (including their parts manager who has 50 years with the company) made this purchase a very pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

Love the VW brand and model line up so I was a very easy sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Brookdale and couldn't be happier. Andrew Geston was a fabulous sales rep. By far and away better than others we met at a different VW dealership. Had a minor interior issue fixed and the service dept was awesome. Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Cars are getting pretty expensive, and you do not buy one casually. It is also, hopefully, a fun experience. Your sales rep is going to be your primary contact, and Anthony Castellano took care of my needs brilliantly. I will have to return to have many questions sorted (these cars are complicated) and I an sure he will be there for me.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I love the lines of the car. It’s fun to drive, so smooth and quiet. It has a lot of great features. I love it!
