Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. We were leaving the Milwaukee area at 3:00AM to get to Baltimore for our daughter's wedding weekend. The weekend called for rain so last minute we tossed a large umbrella into the back of our new Ford Maverick. Unfortunately, in the dark we did not know the umbrella had rolled out and into the crevasse of the tailgate. When my husband went to close the gate, the umbrella jammed it and bent the hinge. He was able to force it closed. When we stopped in OH for a pit stop and food, we were not able to open the tailgate! We were carrying dresses, suits, shoes, decorations, etc. for the big weekend! We needed to be able to get the tailgate opened! We called a dealership in Baltimore, but their service dept was only open till 3:00 and we wouldn't be there by then. They gave me the number for Century Ford in Mt Airy. I called the service dept and spoke with Rebecca. I told her my story and when we'd be there. They were ready and waiting for us. They helped us immediately! They fixed the hinge and got the tailgate working again. The serviceman was Rich Kyle. We were back on the road within an hour, and they did not charge us anything! They said "Go and enjoy your daughter's wedding" We were in a jam, and they could not have been nicer to us!

2016 Audi A3 review
Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.
