First and foremost, called 2 hours prior of going to look at BMW they had in the lot, over the phone Steven(sales) was full of energy, very welcoming, ended the conversation with drive safe, and that the car will be ready for me. Mind you I’m coming up from San Diego, I arrived with open arms and immediately got to test driving, Steven and his team made my whole experience go very smoothly, explaining each step of the way throughout the loan process. They even gave me a better loan APR rate after I said I would bring my own financing. I was really impressed and happy with how, him and his team handled everything.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.

I had no problems with this vehicle at all. It had a real nice feel when driving and the heated seats were appreciated in the winter.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I've wanted an Audi for the longest now, and have saved up enough money to actually buy it. I like everything about the car, it was clean from the inside out which is a plus for me.

I found Raj by accident… but now I consider it a blessing! I was in need of a vehicle after mine had been totaled parked in front of my house! Someone hit my car and it was smashed and not drivable. I was so stressed out car shopping and I came upon Raj and his Son by calling what I thought was a different dealership. I ended up speaking with him over the phone and immediately he was helpful and accommodating! I met him a few days later and spent about three hours there test driving the vehicle I was interested in. Him and his son were very very patient and kind with me . I brought my dad with me to check everything out since he’s a seasoned mechanic and he ended up approving of the car I wanted and we put our deposit down and picked it up the next day! Raj answered every question I had he went over everything in fine detail and spent a lot of time talking with us. I’m a mother of three so the car I have must be dependable and safe. Raj helped me get just that! He even talked with me on the phone a few days later to help me figure out a few things on my new car. Him and his son were so helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was knowledgeable about the process and helped me navigate through everything! We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

They look like they have a good selection of pickup trucks and clean conditions and reasonable prices and it looks like they have basic pickup trucks and sturdy and healthy.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

This is my first Audi; it is a 2014 people swear that it looks brand new. The most comfortable elegant ride I have ever owned. Bought at MotorCars of Lansing, MI., that dealership is amazing. The only thing missing is a backup camera.

I love my Audi Q5. I have two small children and I feel so safe driving this SUV. It has a great sized trunk area. In the future once I pay this off I will stay with the Q5 and just go newer. I believe it is worth every dollar!

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.
