iDeal Auto Imports review
My husband and I recently bought a Honda Pilot from Ideal Auto Imports in Eden Prairie. We were extremely pleased with how easy the whole process was, from the time we entered the dealership until we drove our new car off the lot. We were impressed with German and Max and how easy it was to work with them. We never felt a pushiness at just wanting to make a sale, but instead a genuine interest in helping us get what we wanted. John, our sales person was friendly, helpful, very informative, and easy to work with. Thank you Ideal, we love our Pilot!

Thanks Brandon! Seriously, this was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. You went above and beyond to make this smooth and easy for me. Thank you so much! We will most definitely be coming back to you in the future when it’s time for that Atlas haha. Thanks again
2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Love the VW brand and model line up so I was a very easy sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Brookdale and couldn't be happier. Andrew Geston was a fabulous sales rep. By far and away better than others we met at a different VW dealership. Had a minor interior issue fixed and the service dept was awesome. The facility is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. Would recommend Brookdale and Andrew to anyone looking for a great car buying process!

I'm very happy with my Audi. Adam Rolfs, my salesman, helped me learn the functions of the car that I was unfamiliar with which helped me feel more comfortable. Adam and Ciel are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. In other words, I had a great experience.

Audi Richfield review
Purchased a used vehicle online from this dealership and they were total professionals. Great communication throughout the process, worked with me to secure financing, and had suggestions for cross-country vehicle shipping, and took photos prior to shipping so I could verify condition upon delivery. Vehicle arrived in excellent condition, as pictured and described on the site, and clean inside and out. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

Worked with Luis while 8 months pregnant in search of our perfect family car. He went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. He kept in close contact and was very responsive. Even checked in after we had the baby to see how the car was doing for us. We enjoyed every minute from the search, test driving, and buying. Knowledgeable on all things VW and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Luis!

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Great experience overall. Both Brad (sales) and Don (finance) were great to work with for our transaction.
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Audi St. Paul review
I had an amazing experience while purchasing my Audi.I purchased the car out of state. I was little hesitant to purchase out of state without visiting but Audi xx Paul guys made me feel comfortable. Right from the first call, the staff was very attentive and responsive. Laynee Johnson made my experience very welcoming. She was always available and answered all my questions in great detail and introduced me to my new car, told me about all its features and promptly created my myAudi account! Their MD Lindsey Nelson also personally called/email me when some of their staff was out of office and made sure the deal is on track! Audi xx Paul sent all paperwork immediately and shipped the car with utmost care. If it was not Audi xx Paul, I doubt I would have purchased the car out of state and only on phone! Highly recommend Audi xx Paul. They live up to their amazing online reviews.

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
2022 Audi Q5 e review
Over one year owning this car and I'm still as smitten with it as on day 1. This car is still the best all-around SUV on the market right now, in my opinion. I hope to see the PHEV tradeoffs deliver more range in the future. Mine gets plugged in daily. For me it's getting about 30 ev / 330 total miles per refueling. I'm looking forward to the bigger Audi models getting the same system with larger range figures.
