I bought my second truck in 4 years from Bose. The first was a champ. It did all I asked of it and remained reliable the entire time I owned it. I needed more weight and tow capacity and ended up back at Bose. Same great experience as the first time. The sales staff was helpful, open and directly answered my questions. I never experienced any evasion from them or doubt that they are being truthful. Their assistance with financing was great. It's been three months and after a few maintenance stops and a new set of tires, I'm very happy with this truck. Understand you're buying used and plan accordingly. If you want perfect, buy new. Although that's no guarantee either. Good, solid vehicles at a decent price. I absolutely will return to Bose should I be in the market for another vehicle. Incidentally, the first truck is still in the family being a reliable hauler. Can't beat that!

This car is amazing to drive the way it looks beautiful I would recommend this vehicle to anybody. I love the look before the modern facelift hope Audi keeps the stalling for this car. Just beautiful timeless.

Audi has done a remarkable jobs with their cars every since 2012. Their cars are very sleek and smooth to drive (better than BMW which I used to own and sometimes better than Mercedes as well). Audi's have been very reliable and the A7 feels very sporty while still being very smooth and I like this better than Mercedes' CLS competitor.

Service was amazing! I would say we were in and out within an hour and a half our advisor explained everything to us. We have no complaints.

Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Looking at vehicle online, there were 100+ great photos, Mo sent me two video walk-arounds and offered to FaceTime if I had any additional concerns. For those buying online, this is a very reputable dealer. I sent a deposit via Zelle. Mo held vehicle and cancelled other showings for that day, as promised. The price was more than fair for my vehicle. At the time, there was not another for sale, in the entire country, with less miles in my preferred configuration (TDI). He even arranged shipping for a very reasonable price and within a few days of the purchase. They handled the out-of-state title transfer for me. I'd never purchased a vehicle without seeing in person and driving. Mo delivered on service and quality. The vehicle was as advertised, an awesome find. Let’s just start by saying my family is a loyal Audi family! I currently have an A3 e-tron wagon and just helped my daughter purchase an older (2007) sport A3wagon from a Volvo dealership. The leather interior is so beautiful and holds its value, the dash is fun and sporty and easy to use. And the power and turning radius is one of the big bonuses of this car-especially in rainy wet conditions like Seattle has.

I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I wanted a sporty sedan car that was fun to drive, but wasn't over the top flashy, or masculine, and had plenty of room in the trunk to tote my kid's sports stuff. This car is perfect for a spoiled lady like myself. It's luxurious, sporty, safe and practical. The safety features are amazing and are understated on every review I've read online. I was in a really bad car wreck earlier this year and my A7 saved my life - literally. I had a 2016 Audi A7 and I'm currently on the market shopping for a later model of the same car. I love it, I love everything about it. And after test driving alternate options, I'm buying another Audi A7.

My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.
