I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

As a rule I don?t give out 5 star ratings because there is always room for improvement, but I made an exception this time on the buying process because I don?t know how it could have been better. It was so good, in fact, that my wife said she wants to buy her next car here as well. I had financing already in hand, but was unable to reach my lender and the team found equivalent financing, and nothing felt pushy( even the warranty process). The facility was clean and we had a great overall experience. I highly recommend.

After shopping around at few different dealerships, including the big BMW dealerships... I am extremely happy that I ended up here. My salesman Andrew was not pushy and hands down extremely knowledgeable. He dedicated his time to me and answered all the questions I had. Prices are noticeably lower and vehicles are in good condition. I waited to write this review and just want to say that I recommend this dealer to anyone thats looking for a used vehicle. I bought this 2014 Audi S7 one year ago with 116kkm. I don’t do lots of driving so I’m at almost 124kkm. It’s been an interesting ownership experience for me since acquiring the vehicle from a BMW dealership, I have a learned its service history. There has been a lot of work done on the car so perhaps I am lucky to be owning it at this point and hope the worse has already happens and it clea sailing. Previous repair orders that I got from the local Audi store dealt with many items. And Include: the whistling nose that comes from the oil separator, the fuel door actuator, two times, all motor mounts, front and rear control arms et al. I also learned that the car had an ECU and TCU tune using Unitronix software. I contacted the company who did that tune and got a pile of info as It also has upgraded sway bars and wheel spacers. The car was originally ordered new with Audi exclusive paint as Daytona grey pearl which was not available on the S7, but rather only on A7 or the RS7. I contacted the selling dealer and got the 2014 order guide to check out options and pricing at the time it was new. I also contacted Audi Canada corporate and got the build sheet on the car and learned the car was manufactured on May 5, 2014 making it one of the last of the C7’s. With this tcu tune, the car has a 5500 RPM launch and does so like a rocket. I believe it’s pushing a 1-4 mile at 11.5 territory with a 0 to 100 km an hour in the mid-threes although I haven’t tested it. Getting back to repairs done, I have also discovered that all 4 camshaft position sensors on one of the banks has been replaced. The brakes were recently done. On another repair order, I learned that the fuel pump, the one in the gas tank, was also replaced. The selling dealership also took care of two check engine light problems that occurred recently after purchase. This includes a new thermostat, which is very expensive, as well as a post catalytic converter oxygen sensor. Further My service experience includes the recall for the oil strainer, which I was told, was in decent shape and not plugged. The service advisor told me in cases where oil strainer damages, and then damages the actual turbos. My strainer was all intact, and as I said, not plugged . I also purchased pre-paid Audi maintenance package. This package covers three service Intervals, including two majors and one minor. They are to occur at around 120k I’m (major and just done) , 135k km and 150 K km. For these three services it only cost me $1595, prepaid. I also contacted uniTronic directly where they offered to transfer the file/information/account into my name for $150 transfer fee which I had not done as yet. If you think this review has a lot of detail you should see the spreadsheet I have made! OK I’m a bit OCD.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. We came from out of state with the intent of purchasing a specific Audi Q7 My husband spoke to Omar over the phone who was very helpful in answering his questions regarding the history of the Audi. We rented a car and traveled to Chicago, but Omar was off that day, so Pete O. was the salesman that Omar handed us off to. This gentleman knows his stuff! Pete was able to answer every question with regard to the Audi performance. Even though we already owned an Audi previously, we learned new tricks that this Audi can do. After our test drive, inspection and most of our questions answered, we started the paper process, which I dreaded. However, Pete made this as smooth as possible and again, answered our multitude of questions patiently. Pete also toggled our phones to the bluetooth in the car, this was very much appreciated so we could immediately utilize these services while driving back to our home state. Before our departure, I indicated that I was nervous following my hubby back in rush hour traffic to return the rental car. I was not used to driving in heavy, rush hour traffic He kindly showed me on the GPS the location of the rental company and recommended an area close by where I could park while my hubby returned the car. It was perfect! On the way home, we discovered there was no Audi Manual in the glove compartment, we were going to pick it up, but asked him to mail it to us instead. Thankfully, it was a good choice because we were able to outrun the tornadoes and get out of state safely. I recommend Pete for your Audi needs. By the way, he lives and breathes cars, and he really loves what he doing! It certainly shows!

My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.

This car meets all my needs. However, my original plan was to purchase the new RS7 which I found out would not be available until end of 2020, so I purchased the A7 until the ordered RS7 is delivered. Excellent condition. Fun to drive.

The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!
