Everyone who helped me was great. They were nice, informative, answered all my questions, not pushy at all. Just helpful. It was probably the best car buying experience in my many years of buying cars. The whole buying and financing process was smooth and easy.
Art & Dan took good care of me and my car. They had my paperwork started before I arrived and answered my texts within a few minutes. The car was ready early on a Friday, and was a great start to my weekend.
There was a mix up in scheduling so they were not expecting me when I arrived for a service appointment. They took ownership of the issue and made it so I (the customer) wasn't inconvenienced by it. It's easy to do a good job when everything goes right, but everything didn't go right, and they did a good job anyway.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Gary was very helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my driver side window. For whatever reason it wouldn't let me roll it all the way up. They were able to fix it quickly, got my oil changed at the same time, plus they washed it.

Everybody at AutoNation Toyota Irvine were very helpful. I have bought many cars but this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Everything went smoothly working with Abe Zraiqi through out the whole buying experience and deal. He also emailed me to make sure I was happy with my new car.
I had a really good experience buying a vintage Ferrari 328 there. They were very communicative, let me have it inspected by 2 different mechanics, and delivered it from Anaheim to Los Angeles for me. Nick Eves was extremely helpful thru the process.
Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
Great place for service, very friendly staff and very helpful. Audi South Coast is the BEST.
