We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!
2022 Audi A3 review
We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Great sales experience from MO and the entire Land Rover of Alexandria staff. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.
2013 Audi Q5 review
Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

2015 Audi Q7 review
We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

We worked with Jose Romero he was knowledgeable, very patient as I has a LOT of questions. I had also put a hold on the vehicle at another dealership. Jose was aware of this and was not pushy blow up my phone and I respected that. Besides being professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient I most appreciated him not being a pushy over the top salesman and truthfully was probably one of the main reasons why I came back. He also knew the car that I really wanted to get into and they did have one on the lot when it came available he called me immediately. Can’t say enough about our experience it was EXCELLENT. I purchased a new car at another dealership, but when I checked around online (CarMax, Carvana, etc.), AutoNation offered the best trade-in value by a significant amount on my used car. I was a little weary that it might not be worth the time for me to drive there to confirm that the online offer was valid. Turns out not only was the online offer validated, but it was overall a great experience. Ask for Alan Ribner. He was ready for me when I got there, checked out the car quickly and let me know the offer was good (again $$$$ more than the competition), and was just a pleasure to work with. The dealership was busy with lots of people, but it had no impact on AutoNation Leesburg purchasing my car, thanks to Alan. I normally HATE going to car dealerships because I feel trapped, and I have enjoyed the ease of CarMax and Carvana in the past. However, after selling my car to AutoNation, I would definitely use them again and have personally recommended it already to friends and family. My husband actually sold his car yesterday there and was also thrilled! If you want to get a great price for your used car, ask for Alan. He is knowledgeable, very quick, and will get you the best deal, based on my experience TWICE in the last few weeks! ASK FOR ALAN RIBNER--he's the best!!
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2018 Audi Q5 review
Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.
