My 2026 "high-line euro car" was recently repurchased by the manufacturer. It presented an opportunity to rethink my brand loyalty and look at comparable options in the crowded SUV segment. With my decision made it was time for the hunt to start with a nearby Genesis store. After a week-long and unproductive tennis match it was time to look elsewhere. Using their online email feature, I shared my interest in the GV80 along with my price, terms, and conditions. Within 30 minutes I received a telephone call from Jay, one of the Sales Managers, assuring me he had the GV80 in a variety of colors and could / would meet my price, terms, and conditions. Jay staged a few color choices just outside the showroom prior to our arrival. He worked with us to expand our search while fairly, accurately and thankfully pointing out pros AND cons for each of the vehicles in which we expressed interest. He is a true professional rather than the stereotypical car salesman. He spent all the time required to meticulously highlight and explain all the tech features of our GV80. He never rushed or looked at his watch as he conducted a ”how to” master class. Odis, the Finance Manager, was well prepared with all the required paperwork completed, accurately, and ready for signatures. He immediately stepped in when it was determined the wrong vehicle was prepped and staged for delivery. While oversights happen Odis righted the ship within minutes and had our vehicle of choice sparkling and ready to head home with a full tank of gas. Odis did his job offering a variety of add-ons, but I never felt pressured and his affable disposition resulted in my willingness to buy a tire and wheel protection package. The team at Genesis North Aurora are grand ambassadors for the Genesis brand and the Genesis of North Aurora store. Jay knows his inventory, Odis knows the numbers and Nick is a "tech guru." They're fun and fair professionals who will do whatever they can, within reason, to sell or lease you a truly remarkable vehicle - this comes from someone who has been an "ultimate driving machine" loyalist for years. I got over my brand allegiance and only wish I had done it sooner - my GV80 3.5T Prestige Black Edition is the pinnacle of comfort, safety, and technology with more than adequate power and performance.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.

This car is a great car. The outside modeling is great and the interior design is nice. Leather seats with tinted windows. Aux for music and bluetooth for phone. Has a navigation system with back up cameras. Overall a great car for the value!
