BMW of Rockville review
I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Excellent car, just done 122K and runs like a dream, had it serviced regular by brilliant guys at the general motor company in Stockport in UK. Didn't want to trade in when lease finished. Looking to get many more miles Peter Gilligan

2022 Audi A3 review
We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

2018 Audi SQ5 review
This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

2018 Audi A4 review
This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

Land Rover Bethesda review
LAND ROVER BETHESDA, my service with them is wonderful. Very pleasant people that I deal Miss Crystal is so pleasant. She deserve all the rewards that you could give out. She is so wonderful when it comes down to service dealing with your vehicles she is so pleasant so respectful she make sure everything is right for you. Whatever the bonus is she need 100% of it. She needs to show some other workers some talent that she have. She is so loving so respectful she need to be a manager she makes you feel right at home the things that she do for you. She look like she go out of her way to make things better for the person that’s bringing their vehicle in there cause she did a very good job with me I love it. What makes you always just to come back to visit her whether you coming to buy a vehicle or not or get any other service done or any vehicle to me it seemed like I was just coming to visit her because she’s so pleasant if I have a hard day, probably, I might even come out there just to make her cheer me up. She’s a very good worker. She deserve it. Everything is nice to be given to her. She needed it and I think it will go for all the workers that’s in the back part two that’s working on the cars. I think they deserve things too. 2021 Audi Q5 e review
I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

Alexandria VW review
We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

2021 Audi Q7 review
Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

Eagle AutomotivesReviews
Eagle Automotives review
What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. I would definitely do business again and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but the team here has managed to strip away the typical stress associated with dealership visits, replacing it with a customer-first approach that is hard to find these days.I had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Zee Ali, who guided me through the vehicle selection process. Zee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a hasty decision, ensuring I found the perfect match for my needs.Once the right vehicle was selected, Jason handled the financing and paperwork side of the transaction. Jason made what is usually the most tedious part of buying a car remarkably smooth and straightforward. He explained every document clearly, broke down the financing options in simple terms, and worked efficiently to get me through the process and on the road in no time. What stood out most about both Zee and Jason was their commitment to complete transparency. There were no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or sudden shifts in the deal. Every detail discussed from the beginning remained consistent through to the final paperwork, which gave me immense peace of mind and built a high level of trust. In addition to the stellar customer service, Zarvo Motors offered a good price that was incredibly competitive. I had done my research beforehand, and their upfront pricing beat out many other options in the market without the need for stressful back-and-forth negotiating. Getting a great deal alongside premium service made the purchase feel like a true win.Overall, my time at Zarvo Motors was outstanding thanks to the exceptional teamwork of Zee Ali and Jason. Their blend of fair pricing, absolute honesty, and professional care has earned them a lifelong customer. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle stop by Zarvo Motors for a seamless and refreshing car-buying journey.
2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Great dealership with a pretty large inventory. We just purchased our second car for our son. We picked up the vehicle last week and my son has loved the vehicle. As parents that is all we care about. We bought our first car 2 years ago for my wife. It has served her well with minimum maintenance as expected and very reliable. Cars have f Rockville is a fabulous place and the staff is honest and great to deal with. Elias is as honest as it gets and really knowledgeable with used cars. You could see his passion when he goes over the vehicles with us. Everybody needs to stop by cars of Rockville.
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Alexandria VW review
I just leased a car from VW and wanted to commend Sascha Newton-Mason. He was so easy to deal with and made the process actually enjoyable. He is the best!!!
2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

Mercedes-Benz of Tysons CornerReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner review
Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!
2019 Audi Q3 review
I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

I had been shopping around for an Audi and had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was informative but not pushy. Car was priced well. Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.
