Audi Arrowhead review
Josh in the Service Department at Arrowhead Audi did an outstanding job to ensure the best possible outcome in the repair of my Audi. He was very professional and his timely response to ensure I was always informed of the progress of the repairs was greatly appreciated. He clearly outlined the repairs that were necessary and respectfully addressed all of my concerns. Kudos to Josh for a job well done and for being a responsible point of contact in the process. I appreciate his due diligence.

Audi North ScottsdaleReviews
Audi North Scottsdale review
We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

AutoNation Ford ScottsdaleReviews
AutoNation Ford Scottsdale review
We couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with AutoNation! Roxandra helped us find the perfect used vehicle and made the entire process so easy and honestly, so much fun. She truly made us feel like family from the beginning. We did have a small issue with the battery after purchasing, but Jeff made it incredibly easy to drop the vehicle off. It was ready super quickly, and he even took the extra time to top off the tires and fluids since it was already there. Isabella was also amazing with communication, keeping me updated through text and making everything so convenient. Being 9 months pregnant and making such a big purchase could have easily been stressful, but the entire AutoNation team made the process feel effortless. I’m genuinely so grateful to be part of the AutoNation family and couldn’t recommend Roxandra, Jeff, Isabella, and their team enough! ❤️

Ms. Running took care of seeing all routine 40K mile services were performed. Work completion was communicated to me at the nearly exact time promised! In addition, she went above and beyond in ensuring that the prepaid maintenance from the previous owner was transferred to me for use. The car was washed and was in excellent condition of cleanliness after. Great service team. Also arranged Lyft ride to nearby location with an under 10 minute wait. Way to go, Audi!!!!
2018 Audi A4 review
This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to sincerely thank Tank Wallace at Bill Luke in Phoenix, Arizona, for his exceptional customer service. From start to finish, Tank truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We especially appreciated him arranging delivery of the van all the way to California—an extra step that meant a lot to us. This level of service is exactly why we continue to return to Bill Luke for our work vans. Every experience makes us feel valued as customers, not just another sale. I’d also like to recognize Mike Wallace in the finance department, who was equally outstanding. He was clear, helpful, and highly professional throughout the process. It’s evident that Bill Luke has an exceptional team that works seamlessly and truly cares about their customers. Overall, Bill Luke consistently delivers top-notch service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vehicle-buying experience.

Joe, Hunter, Garret and Evan make the difference when it comes to car sales. Buying a new car is not something I do often or particularly enjoy, but these gentlemen really make me want to come back to Audi AutoNation Arrowhead for my next vehicle purchase. I think the AutoNation car buying experience is unique because it’s a publicly traded company. The pricing for the car less taxes and title was pretty transparent. No sneaky add-on’s, no upselling and no pressure. I’m glad that we found them.

Peoria Ford review
I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. Thank you to all that made this happen , especially Beverly ! Sincerely Jack Vanden Bossche

LeSueur Car CompanyReviews
LeSueur Car Company review
Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D
2025 Audi A6 e-tron review
I Have owned the Audi A 6 etron for 4 months now. My miles per charge improve with efficient driving and warmer weather. The sticker states 377 miles. I average 325- 380 less in colder weather. I drives well and allows me ample choices for driver preferences. The comfort is fine for average driving but not as comfortable for long drives I have remedied by a seat cushion. The navigation system is great and alerts me to supercharger access along my driving destinations. It gives me a hatchback feel with much more elegance and a lot of storage space. I love my Audi A 6 and my first all electric vehicle.

Great 4 door sedan. Handles perfect in ALL conditions. Hauls 4 very comfortably. Great safety and reliability. Service and support at the dealership is excellent but expensive. Test drive an Audi a-4, you won’t regret it.

I felt my experience with Benz & Beemer was great. From my initial contact with the dealership to purchasing my 2023 BMW 840i, each step of the process was smooth and professionally handled. Any questions I had were promptly responded to and answered. 2024 Audi A3 review
Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I live in the area so I stopped by Courtesy Volvo. I worked with an excellent young man named Mario. He took time to ask questions and find out what I was looking for in a vehicle and ultimately helped me land on a Volvo S60. Mario was patient, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars. It was a great car-buying experience, and I am going to refer him to all of my family and friends for their needs for new vehicles in the future. Great job Mario!

Chris and Jeremiah made the whole experience great. Great customer service and over the top experience to purchase a BMW. Thank you and will purchase again from in the future.
2014 Audi A4 review
I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

I am slow to make up my mind, I looked at the car on Monday, came back on Thursday and drove it. Still not quite convinced, I went home to think about it, called Jeremy Friday morning to say I wanted it. Jeremy never applied any pressure, just answered any questions I had and was very present to work with.
2018 Audi A4 review
Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.
