They are very serious about vehicle preparation. Before delivering my Range Rover they did real detailing. The interior wasn’t soaked in shiny silicone, the leather was matte and clean. I asked to replace mismatched tires with a proper set and they just did it without complaints.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

Went in just to look at cars, but they had one I couldn't say no to, now I’m loving my new vehicle! Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.
